hola amigo, que grato escucharlo, yo vivo en chile y estudio el trombón, intento descargar las partituras de los duos Bordogni y no me es posible, le agradecería montón que pudiese facilitármelas...de antemano muchas gracias.
Could you go into more detail about high register please. Whilst I have watched and listened to your excellent UA-cam videos about high range and fully understand playing in the low register first to achieve a relaxed feel I also feel there is more to playing higher . For instance what does the role of abdominal muscles play in order to create air pressure? Finally I have a trombone pupil that growls whenever he plays an Middle A ff. An example being the first note of Mahler Symphony no. 3: Finally when will you make other videos on trombone playing? I would love to make videos on your approach to learning Morceau Symphonique for example.
Thanks a lot for your interest and your appreciation! I would have many more things to say about any of the topics I have proposed in my videos... But I believe that beyond a certain level it's necessary to have a real contact with the person who experiences a specific problem, because talking in general has a very little chance to give some help (if any at all!) or could even be misleading if the cause hasn't been properly identified. I would be more interested in an interactive video lesson as a more effective way to meet such individual needs. The purpose of this First Aid thing is just a support for a real didactic path that should take place in controlled circumstances. I would be glad to talk more in depth about high register, clean sound, extreme dynamics etc... but only in front of a specific player. About other videos for repertoire, now my son has just born so in the short term my priority list has changed quite a lot ;-) Maybe later in the summer!
Спасибо!
