For a crowd this size, I though the crowd was actually great. I saw Clapton once - he tried to play a few acoustic tunes start start the set and he GAVE UP because the crowd was so inattentive and disrespectful. There will always be knobs who won't STFU.. always!
@@JackARoe1964 Before the Phil and Friends run I was only vaguely aware of Goose - Mr. Mitarotonda was the MVP of that run and I love that he and Trey have become BFF's. Good stuff all around!
Thanks for posting. It's looks like heaven. I'm going to see phish next month and I'm so freaking excited. One thing is crazy how much space the people have standing so close to the stage. When you are up somewhat close is it easy to walk to the back for food, drinks and bathrooms? Also is there still dinner reservations at the restaurants at night? Before the shows? Or after? Any tips for someone staying at Sunrise?
It’s deceiving. We had much more space and the set up was much more spread out with the stages at the grande. At sunrise it’s smaller and more compact and a little cluttered with less of a wow factor. Still amazing as always just preferred the stage on the other beach. I should have prefaced that I’ve been to every Pits but that’s my 2cents
@@augustwest5273 thanks yes I find the sunrise stage to lack a little and I wish they did a little more considering how much we all spend. Especially phish only has that one stage.
