Nice Video. Detailed Guide for mounted. I have a Katana 1000 and consider to buy the mivv. The noise ist a little bit louder but not so loud . And the exhaust looks very good
Hello Jano! This exhaust does not have a removable db killer. The MIVV exhaust is type-approved both for sound emissions (Directive 97/24/EC, article 9) and for the emission of pollutants (Directive 97/24/EC, article 5) only if it`s fitted with a catalytic converter. For the approval certificate you simply have to get in touch with the customer service and specify your motorcycle model as well as the type-approval code stamped on the exhaust. The copy of the certificate will be sent immediately by e-mail.
Might just be my speaker but your engine sound like a light knock, might need some oil bro. beautiful bike and amazing mod. The exhaust looks really well.
@@motociclistiilugoj Did you ever find out what the “knocking” sound was? Mine has the exact same noise and I’m concerned. Great exhaust, thanks for sharing!
@@Shinns I have the same thing and was thinking about it too BUT, from what I can find out there in internet land is that the newer models (2020+) Suzuki may have changed something with the cam chain tensioner. Quite a few people are experiencing this noise on startup with the S1000's and GT... for me its only on startup then after about 30 seconds it quiets down to being gone. If you listen to this video, the same thing happens, after revving it, the noise disappears. (Motociclistii Lugoj please try and confirm back what you are experiencing). So, now I think this is just what it is??
Hey Eric! From what I can see there are no differences between the 2022 and 2023 model. So this exhaust should fit your bike without any modifications. We did a small adaptor because we fit the exhaust on the GT version which has different passenger foot pegs.
Not much of a difference because it's just a slip-on exhaust, most probably with the silencer inside based on the sound. If you want a real sporty sound, delete the cat, slip-on, remap and there you go, you have a completely different bike. Not worth spending this kind of money just for looks, stock is good looking.
I prefer the sound of the stock exhaust.
lol I thought that too… just after the dude has spend a load of money and effort to fit it 😂
The cam chain rattle sounds louder than the exhaust.
I did not notice an obvious difference.,
Shame the heat shield was not carbon., especially for the cost.,
Looks great on it though.

Good video mate, thanks for posting! Did you weigh the stock muffler?
puoi usare le borse laterali o lo scarico crea problemi o tende a bruciare la plastica?
nice looking. congrats bro
Already can tell you watching the beginning of the video to make Bhp you have got to remove the cat and go with a Full System....
I totally agree. I went down that rabbit hole.
Impressive. MIVV generally claim increased power and torque numbers even for slip ons. Did you notice any?
i have GT, just troubling with customizing exhaust that each one sounds not quite different from default exhaust.
Yes, you're right. That's because the catalytic converter. Any other slip-on exhaust will change the tone, but not the volume.
@@motociclistiilugoj so you remove the catalytic converter or what?
Bello ,ma riesci a montare la borsa da viaggio?
Yes, I think it will, because the new exhaust is smaller than the original one.
salut
Am comandat si eu aceasta evacuare ... dar acum sunt curios cum o sa afecteze sidecase-urile originale
În principiu nu ar trebui să afecteze în niciun fel. Poate ne spui cum este după ce o montezi. ✌️
Thanks for sharing 👍👍👍
Thank you for watching ✌️
nice growl! did you get an engine check light after replacing the can ?do you need to get exup valve delete first?tnx much!ride safe.
No, I didn't get any error after the swap. The exup valve remains on the bike, nothing changes
@@motociclistiilugoj outstanding. i have my gsxs gt for a month now and i'm planning to get an end muffler.thanks a lot for your kindness..ride safe!

When I edited the clip I heard it too. It's funny that I didn't hear it when I was filming. Thanks for the heads up, I'll check it out.

Thats exactly what it is - i received the Response from suzuki germany that this is normal and no need to worry
I have a 2023 gsx S1000. Would this fit my bike?

Yes, I think it will, because the new exhaust is smaller than the original one.
The luggage fit with new exhaust ?
It must, because the new exhaust is smaller than the original one.
