This model depicts a Messerschmitt BF 109 E7, Yellow 64, "Nella", flown by Tiberiu Vinca. The amazing story of escaping the Stalingrad encirclement with two mechanics on board as the airfield was over run by T34 tanks.
I have used Decals from Print Shop and the Eduard 1/32 Messerschmitt BF 109 E3 and upgraded it to an E7.

*Excellent choice of decoration, the Bf-109 is a popular subject and this under romanian service is a real pleasure to watch!*
Another nice 109!! There's also a story with two Hungarian pilots that managed to escape in a Bf. Crazy, since all that you can hear about that cockpit how cramped it is.
Especially as the E canopy would have to be closed to fly..........
@@paulhargreaves1497 Yes, they had to fly without the canopy and the airflow blew off the goggles and the helmet on the second guy, he almost gave up but they made it back to the base.
Nice job. Truly top drawer. Curiously, I wondered how you were going to salvage such "troubled weathering" on the top surface of the wings but your technique rallied to pull it off. I'll try it out myself as the effect was quite pleasing. Thank you for sharing. I actually had no idea the Romanian air force was active around Stalingrad during the siege. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for all your work and recent upload. Nice scheme, nice to see this Romanian 109
Interesting take on the kit. Really like the color scheme. Thanks
I think it turned out quite well, not over weathered, just right, fantastic result.
Nice to see a different scheme on a 109 for a change. Nice result 🏆
Another great model. Awesome work. And more shared techniques. Thanks!
Fantastic kit and build
Looks terrific!! 👍
That panel wash/shading worked well!
Great looking 109!!
Awesome build and finish, mate! Who makes those lovely Romanian decals, are they RB productions? Cheers!
Excellent work! Great!
Very nice build, Jason.
Very nice job, looks great
Looking very good indeed, i particularly like the looking glass in the fuel line! Just wondering, why do you use super glue to fill push marks etc. rather than plastic putty?
Amazing
Fabulous!
Hey are there models out there that are already painted? I kinda want to get into making models but I just suck like a lot at the painting part
SO gOoD
A detail on the hand wheels to the pilot's left. Everybody seems to align the spokes on these. There's no need to do that, and, frankly, it's unrealistic. These are control elements for two individual items: The stabilator trim, and the landing flaps.
First haha
And What?

E4 NU E7!!!!!!!
