I spent my first summer there for two months last year, and I am so in love with the country. The struggle to learn the language is realllll! haha! Very much going with the flow! A few half-plans, but we'll see what happens ;)
Sometimes it's good to just do things when they pop to your mind, instead of making plans and schedules :) But if I may suggest: Naantali is a very beautiful summer city! You should visit there if you haven't already (or even if you have).
I would love to visit there this summer, but I don't think I have time... So I'll just spread the word and make others go :'D

You did good and your pronunciation is much better than almost any person I know that hasn't either lived in Finland, studied Finnish or have a Finnish parent or parents... So well done, don't get discouraged if the consonants are hard to pronounce sometimes, many Finnish people struggle with some of them every now and then too ;-)
You're really doing well, so if I see you on the streets of Helsinki I might wave and say "Terve, Dave! Nice to see you" so don't be scared by the strange Finn that actually does something social (believe me after a week or so in Finland you'll start to get really suspicious of social people unless they're drunk xD )
