Give it a go knees to your chest using moderate weight and pause at the bottom 👌🏽

After 2-3 sets of this type of hamstring training I can see why Storm has huge hamstring’s.
Shoe game always on point 😂
Once Storm mentioned it’s easier on your back compared to traditional squats I’m convinced!
We’ve noticed we can recover a bit faster using the belt squat compared to heavy back squats.
This content reminds me of the early Kai Grene body building videos where he breaks down everything with so much detail. I will defently work some of this into my workouts.

It has really helped us!!
I train glutes probably 3x week but I may need to alter the weight now.
That’s my problem I’m not pausing when using the lying or seated leg curl.
I’ve never seen someone perform Bulgarian squats at that pace 😩

I prefer a quality protein like lean turkey and white rice or sweet potatoes, red potatoes are great also. 😎
