JPII is the best one. Miracle he could do it. He was an amazing Saint on earth…and now in heaven. More pomp doesn’t mean better. But JPIIs look of true devotion, can’t be matched or unseen.
Pope Paul VI in 1975 is the most beautiful, even though the elderly pontiff was struck on the head by the falling masonry when the bricked up Holy Door was being opened and lowered. This is the last time in history that the door was opened in this way. It looks so much better when the Holy Father strikes the Holy Door with the special hammer.
In codesto video vi è la raccolta dei vari Giubilei ordinari 1950, 1975, 2000 e 2025. Pertanto non vi sono i Giubilei Straordinari del 1933, del 1983 e del 2016.
Thank you for the clarification! My video covers the Ordinary Jubilees of 1950, 1975, 2000, and 2025. The Extraordinary Jubilees of 1933, 1983, and 2016 will be addressed in future videos.
Pius XII stands out because in the modern era, somehow, a single celebrant alone equates simple and more holy. St. Peter’s Epiphany Mass had one celebrant at that huge altar. To me, having Deacons and SubDeacons and Acolytes allows many more the joy of physically participating in this joyous occasion, not the Pontiff alone.
Thank you for sharing your perspective! Every era reflects its unique traditions, but the ultimate goal remains to glorify God and foster unity in faith. Both approaches have their own beauty and meaning. I appreciate your thoughtful comment!
Many Generations saw the popes and the Holy Jubilee, who were then are gone today, a new generation. Blessed to see the videos 🙏🏾❤❤❤❤

Absolutely agree. JPII's humility and deep devotion left an unforgettable legacy both on earth and in heaven.

Indeed, it was a historic moment, but the ritual of using the special hammer to open the Holy Door holds deep significance and reverence.
Complimenti per la scelta del sottofondo musicale!
thank you
I was there for the opening of the holy door of pope Francis. It was beautiful. But I wish I was alive to see JPII open the door.

Anche se non vi fosse stato l'incidente certamente il rito della "bussata al muro" si sarebbe eliminato per la semplificazione del rito.

La "Porta Santa" in bronzo è stata fatta nel Giubileo ordinario del 1950.
🌟
The cold draft blowing in so shut the f doors mate ?
25 years old
the opening for the 2025 jubilee was disappointing.
The door still does not have the coat of arms of Francis
How squalid the last rites are.
Sempre più in basso ahahaha
La liturgia de Francisco es pauperrima... Dios quiera en su misericordia llevarselo pronto.
