Vegan Cheese :
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 5 hours or overnight)
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
1 medjool date
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt (or as desired)
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!!
Tomato sauce :
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp dried oregano
4 tablespoons water
Salt (as desired)
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!!

I applaud you and your husband for teaching your daughter to eat fresh fruits and vegetables! No meat wow! Most children have limited tastes for different foods and often you find them wanting things like chicken nuggets, but you all are doing it! Keep this up!

Deborah, I am a witness of having health problems . I'm 62yrs old. I changed my diet 2yrs ago and my doctors are amazed with the change in my bloodwork and over all my health issue. I was taking 22 pills a day to stay alive now I'm down to 2 and my supplement vitamins. I haven't felted like this in years. Good health is wealth. I have learned that living this vegan lifestyle is a Win- Win. Fabula videos has tremendously taught me so much she is knowlegable and implementing into her lifestyle.. What she's doing is sharing her love and her passion.

You can do it! First month or 2 are really hard because you are training your palate to eat what your body is craving. I recommend the book Becoming Vegan.
I used to put cheese on everything! Ate one block of tillamook cheese a week. Now the thought makes me sick. Now i have so much energy, cystic acne cleared up, hair and skin is better than ever and i lost 48lbs (assuming its from all that cheese!) Good luck!!
It’s been a year but I think the best way to transition is to start off as pescetarian, then vegetarian and then vegan

She's the sweetest. However, I think it's healthy to always remember that babies haven't developed the minimal emotional abilities to cope with however they're feeling at the moment. Thus, they manifest their emotional conflicts as tantrums, and that's healthy as long as baby and family learn from them and work around them to help baby develop appropiately. They don't mean the baby isn't good and sweet. They mean it's a tiny little human that is still developing.

Start slowly incorporating vegan meals and replacing non vegan meals. Familiarise yourself with different meal ideas and start creating and enjoying! You won’t even notice how easy it might be to become vegan. Just a little dedication, commitment and desire 💕
