You're the only content creator I've seen who's come back for a second swing at this. The amount of people saying that the content was DOA was atrocious, considering half the playerbase goes to the stars every wave. Gotta say though, the rewards could definitely do with a buff. Stone spirits in the shop, or stone spirit variety packs, would fix the content completely, 100%, no more notes
Just to add, this is the best new F2P mining method available. Also easiest way to get Cosmics in F2P now. Astrals is a bit weird since most of the Astrals are used in the Lunar Spellbook which gets you access to the altar but this is an AFK method that lets you get some. Could be viable for some restricted accounts but not too viable.
How long can that mining rate be sustained? I know higher tier star layers don't last very long, so maybe it's worth showing up for a few minutes but otherwise it sounds tedious. The arc crabs are probably still best from an exp standpoint.
That rate is for mining the star from t10 to t1, so that means one t10 star all the way depleted is 37 minutes and 206k exp for the entire thing without boosts, i believe the hypothetical cp rates, if you could mine the t10 layer for an hour straight is more than 2m base xp per hour
Its a completely AFK activity. So go find a t10 star, mine it completely, do the dishes or mow the lawn, move on. Its a quick, sharp burst of mining exp, and if you're already mining anyways, unless your specifically chasing materials, diverting to do the star isn't a waste of time. And in some cases, the buff makes it worthwhile anyways. Getting 3 necrite with one swing is pretty baller

Important reminder that the invention XP scales with pickaxe level tier,
so the number provided is an average amount.
Happy 24th birthday to RuneScape! 🎉😄

When I saw I was WRONG on the title had to watch. I thought stars were ass but seems we were wrong together.

The buff doesn't double all ores mined, it has a 25% chance to receive double ore when mining.
Wait seriously? Did i misunderstand it again
@@ChevalricRSYa unfortunately lol😅
@@ChevalricRSstill good 👍
how long does the stardust comp req take?
You need 37k dust, so roughly 37 t9+ stars
I used a daily reset token to do 6 stars a day and finished in 6 days
@@MiuJeans nice i’ll try that
@@MiuJeans nice idea
Another skill I'm really glad I trained to 200m before they added an update that doubles the XP rates -_-
well we didn't have 110 mining before we got this update, so makes sense, but also my condolences
