"Shinshu soba versus Shinshu ramen"
One of the themes of Sumakaru-an is “local production for local consumption”.
It introduces 100% local production for local consumption, the Saku region, the blessings of the forests of the Yatsugatake plateau, the flow of the Chikuma River, and the soul food shops loved by the locals, like a movie trailer.
Spring, summer, autumn, winter, and one year of detailed fieldwork, carefully selecting a number of famous soba restaurants and Shinshu ramen shops.
