Why are people talking about the brightness in this video?? I have a migraine right now with light sensitivity. My phone is on dark mode, and my brightness turned down. Im absolutely fine, and it's not bright
This video made me research Kefir. Then I wanted to try it for the longest time. Well I went to Walmart and found a small bottle of it. I got the blueberry one. It was weird but in a good way. I would try it again in the strawberry flavor.
if you have an iphone, go to settings and search “reduce white point”. you can adjust it to make it go even darker than the darkest brightness setting :)

I wish I could turn my brightness down even lower then the lowest setting but this was amazing 🫶🏻
