Love the garage door split between shops to store back burner cars but also to declutter the main shop. Fantastic job boys, the growth in the past year is phenomenal.
I mean it’s the right way to treat success, teach your boys the recipe, give them the ingredients, an let them cook bro, if they want it enough then what he has provided will help them blow up, cuz I mean we like them all right so they already don’t have to worry about winning us over lol.
Cut a garage door into that huge back room and put a prep area and paint booth in there for Brian to work his magic! He'd be happy and the paint work he does for your cars would be even better.
If you do a garage door in the back you can use that awkward room in the back to store all the transmissions and engines you have out of the way of all the cars.
The spare room should be for engine building. Clean spot, organized tools, you already have air. So when you punch the hole for next door, it will be an easy move
Would be cool if you could get a car lift so you can get cars in and out the rear loading dock, then build yourself a paint prep and spray booth. Use the sink room as a paint mixing room and get your good friend Brian set up for a body shop. With Adam getting the spray booth at the compound his body work and turn around time for paint has increased his productivity. Take you builds to the next level!

Buy a flat bed/tilt tray like Tommy’s, load the car up, then reverse up to the dock. Problem solved. Plus then you have another avenue of sweet content with a flatbed. Then you can squirrel away as much 90’s junk as you please. Probably cost similar to getting a garage door fitted, plus you don’t have to wait until your names on the lease to buy a tilt tray😉 EXCITING STUFF
If the "lab room" was really a lab room, I would definitely have it sanitized before turning it into a kitchen and break space. The many rooms can be used for many things. As many had said, bodywork and paint booth space. One of the smaller rooms can be converted to a clean room for engine assembly. Another one where you can have a 3D printer for prototyping and merch fabrication. Good luck on this new stage.

for the weird room, i'd say clean engine assembly room or 3d printer for small parts that are not available anymore. but the garage door between the 2 large spaces is a must.

Imo you dont need that garage door between the offices and the garage portion. Relocate that garage door to the wall between the shops and install a set of double open doors in its place

Talk to me Nice podcast should definitely go on the studios' channel. Then the extra dead room should be an RC drift track for winter when you can't drive properly. Mini RC versions of your cars would be sick! And yes a Garage door for extra storage joint to your shop
Save yourself the money and permits on the garage door install. Just get a 4post lift that's used and put it out the dock door.... raise the lift drive it in the dock , your not gonna use it day to day, might be cheaper... and its an asset you can sell when ya move

Random idea. Use the back room as a drift rc track. Just like Super G in LA. Its super rad, a place that the homes can hang out and you can sell rc drift cars and parts and have league nights or just charge hourly rates to rent out for parties etc. It would take a minute to get running but with your channels reach you have a built in clientele.
Looks like enough room to put a paint booth to set Brian up in his own business.
