    What I loved about this episode was when they then went to a pub afterwards and ordered a scotch egg to compare. Rowley admitted that the pub cooked their egg better than April did. I enjoyed the low-ego, honest critique.

    I have meat around it. Meat and eggs together are great. I get the yolks nice and soft. I season the meat well. In a pub, having a pint of beer, I cannot get any better than that;

    How come that the Egg was boiled for 7 minutes and then fried for another nine and a yolk is still little loose?

      It would likely have been shocked after 7 min. The sausage will insulate the egg during the frying.

    Funny how many middle class chefs are absolutely devoid of any humanity.. the veneration of chef's is supposedly a marker for end times, guess the end is nigh

      +Bacon Hat So you find no interest in watching a talented recognised chef do her thing? Why did you a) find this clip b) watch it c) comment on it if its so alien to you...? Did you not realise ground meat exists, pre-ground in supermarkets? Do you know much about the outside world in general..?
