The language that you don't understand in that movie is what they called ENCHANT, a language in ENCANTADIA and Prince Raquim can't be called a king because he is just a brother of King Armeo from the castle of Sapiro which is a strong ally of Lireo. 😉

Raquim(the father of Amihan) is prince from the Land of Sapiro, while Mine-a the Queen of Lireo and also the main ruler of encantadia, Lireo they don't have Kings because they are Fairies so that in that term only women are allowed to rule their kingdom, men in Lireo are born to be warriors and workers.
Encantadia is a term coined from the Filipino words "enkanto", "enkanta", "enkantada", or "enkantado" (which was in turn derived from the Spanish term), which means enchanted beings endowed with supernatural powers. In the show, Encantadia is a vast enchanted realm comprising of four divided kingdoms where different mythical entities thrive. These four kingdoms bear the four precious stones that hold the land's balance. The queendom of Lireo,the kingdom Sapiro, Adamya, and Hathoria. The tranquility and future of Encantadia rests on the four gemstones of water, earth, air and fire; each being carefully kept by the bearers from each kingdom. But when the Hathors, from the kingdom of Hathoria threatened to accumulate all the gems from the other bearers, hostility and war swept over the realm. It is a battle of three kingdoms against one. The story unfolds in Lireo, the queendom where Ynang Reyna (Queen Mother) Mine-a lives with her daughters Pirena, Amihan, Alena, and Danaya. The four Sangg'res are tasked to be the new keepers of the gemstones. Their skills in war and their powers as the royalty of the diwatas are believed to be the strength of Lireo. As long as the gemstones are kept properly, the balance of nature in Encantadia remains. But this story tells viewers that powers can also break precious relationships as Pirena had plotted the downfall of her own sister Amihan, who won the competition for the Lirean crown, and the other Sangg'res Danaya and Alena took Amihan's side. With this situation, Lira, the long lost daughter of Amihan returned to Encantadia and tried to fulfill her mission of mending the broken relationships of the strong-willed gemstone keepers.

Sad thing about being queen of lireo is they can never marry, they can only choose someone to provide her an heir through a ritual which you will see in the later episodes, her daughter pirena is one example…fortunately for minea she and raquim the prince of sapiro are in love, and the child she is bearing is born from that love.
A little trivia, the actor playing prince raquim played the adult ybarro the son of the king of sapiro in encantadia 2005, and queen minea’s actress now is his wife in real life. If you remember adhara earlier the pashnea you called her was also in the 2005 enca, she played the grown up pirena.
Thw scene where Amihan (the first one) died is not explicitly explained but the consensus was Adhara being one powerful dark fey uses her power of illusion and control to use Amihan against her sister Mine-a. So we what we saw was just an illusion, like what Mine-a and other Lirean saw. As titled suggests The two powerful fairies are Mine-a and Adhara.
They are so powerful that Mine-a's sword and Adhara's staff are complete opposite that they have also names: Mine-a's being called LAYA means "free" while Adhara's being called LUPIG means "conquer or suppress".
Just a heads up, altho Enca is good in general Enca share its fair share of flaws specially with cgi so I hope when you decides to pursue watching it all the way til the end you won't be that disappointed especially in some heavy cgi reliant scenes.

In Lireo, once the Queen was announced, the said queen will be forbiden to have her own husband as king, (idk but it seems that unlike twi other kingdoms hathoria and sapiro, lireo is matriarchal and so Lireo should be called Queendom of Lireo since Queen is the highest and the leader of the domination) because in their culture, Queen of Lireo's services should ve for her nation and people which means her husband or partner is technically the people of her Queendom.

Minea is the Queen of Lireo, while Raquim is the Prince of Sapiro. Two of the 4 kingdoms of Encantadia.
Mine-a is the Queen of Kingdom Lireo and the de facto ruler of whole Encantadia in this episode. While Raquim is still the prince of Kingdom Sapiro. The other language you see as translated into Tagalog and English is called Enchanta, and you are right, it is a made up language.

Prince raquim is from the kingdom of Sapiro where most men lives. He is the Prince there, his parents are king and queen there.
Queen minea is from the kingdom of Lireo. Where most Fairies lives. It's like a Queendom that only a woman can rule.
The Queen of Lireo is not allowed to fall in love but, they need to have an Heir to there throne. The queen of lireo must follow her destiny from whom she will conceived (not out of love but, destiny)
In this case, Mine-a loved Prince raquim at the same time, they are destined.
In short the four sangres are Half sisters (they have different fathers except the 3th and 4th child who have the same father)

Let me help you process the information:
ENCANTADIA is a magical world different from our own.. Like ours they also have Gods and they called them Bathala / Bathaluman, Bathala being in some sort the highest one in ranking then followed by Bathaluman.. there are 5 God who created the world of Encantadia, two of them leave that world for some reason and the remaining 3 is in Encantadia itself namely Bathala'ng Emre, Bathaluman'g Ether and Bathaluman'g Arder.. EMRE is the most powerful God out of the 3 and he is the one who watched over Encantadia..
Now Encantadia is big but in the story there are 5 known Kindoms namely:
Lireo - kingdom of fairies (air gem)
Sapiro - kingdom of Sapirian (earth gem)
Adamia - kingdom of Adamians (water gem)
Hathoria - kingdom of Hators (fire gem)
Etheria - Unlike the first four kingdom mention
above in which all the citizens were
created by Emre himself, Etherians are
different because they are created by
another God which is Bathalumang Ether.
Eteria is the most Ancient kingdom build
by Ether which is a villain God who wants
to overthrown Bathalang Emre as the
Main God of the entire Encantadia.
Ether created a powerful Kingdom, the
most powerful actually in the entire
Encantadia in hopes to use it to rule
over all the living creation inside the
world of Encantadia.
THE BIRTH OF THE MOTHER GEM:
Emre knows the plan of Ether to conquer the entirety of Encantadia and to rule over it so he called the four kingdoms (Lireo - Sapiro - Adamia - Hathoria) to fight in unity against Etheria.. Now Emre knows that Etherian royal rulers are too powerful so to ensure the victory of the four kingdoms against Etheria he created the powerful MOTHER GEM (the original one in which Cassiopeia divided into four little elemental gems that can be seen in the earlier scene of this episode) which is like a beacon of immense power that can equal the power of Gods. Emre gave the Mother Gem to Cassiopeia (the very first Queen of Lireo, the origin of Lirean race which also has a bloodline of an Etherian Royal. that explain why Lireans or fairies has a power to cast magic and use the "evictus" the ability to disappear and reappear, the capability that Etherians can do as well) and with the Mother Gem given by Emre, Cassiopeia take the lead together with her Kingdom Lireo and the other 3 kingdoms and rage a war against Etheria. The four kingdoms evetually defeated the kingdom of Etheria following the end of the Etherian race. (It happens in Ancient times)
Now back on the present timeline of the story:
There are only four known existing kingdom left:
Lireo - Can be ruled only by a Queen
- The queen is not allowed to get married
while reigning but allowed and obligated
to bear a child to inherit the throne.
- The royal blood regardless of gender are
called "SAN'GRE" and they have the ability
to use "EVICTUS" , cast a powerful magic,
cast a curse and create a powerful
weapon for themselves.
- They are the keeper of AIR GEM
Sapiro - Sapiro is a rich kingdom, they master and
havest the fruits of mining that's why they
have a huge amount of Gold in their
reserves.
- Sapirians are very good in fighting as well.
- The royal blooded sapirians has the
magical ability to heal their own wounds
very fast.
- Sapiro is a rich and a thriving kingdom
until the kingdom fell in the earlier part
of the story
- Prince Ybrahim also known as Ibarro, the
long lost heir of the thrown will try to
revive and rebuild the perished kingdom
of Sapiro on the present timeline.
- Sang're Amihan (daughter of Queen
Minea) Is half Royal Lirean Fairy and Half
Royal Sapirian
- The father of Sang're Alena and Danaya
(two of the four children of Queen Minea)
is Inuho (a pure blooded sapirian with no
royal bloodline)
- Keeper of the EARTH GEM
Adamia - The kingdom of water and other creatures
is consider the weakest kingdom of the
four. their structural kingdom was
destroyed in ancient times and they never
rebuild it. they just decided to live humbly
and peacefully in their native land.
- They have no King or Queen buy they
have "Pinunong Imaw" Elder Imaw as their
leader
- Imaw has a powerful "walking stick"
wooden staff that he uses to cast magic
as a defends, can cure wounds, can erace
memory of someone and can show what
happened on the past.
- The keeper of WATER GEM
Hathoria - The new villain kingdom of the present
timeline.
- Hathoria is known for forging and making
the best quality swords and weaponry on
the entire Encantadia.
- Sang're Pirena's father is Hagorn the
reigning King of the Kingdom of Hathoria
- The keeper of FIRE GEM

The Lirean Queen cannot have any husband. She is married to the kingdom and must perform her duties without a spouse but still, she is needed to produce heirs and heiresses.
Raquim was a Prince of Sapiro
Raquim and Mineca are not related hahah Raquim is prince because his older brother is a King, while Mine-a is queen because she inherited it to her mother. Raquim will have to wait after his nephew's term as king to be a the next king which is quiet some time since his nephew is still a baby and so he would remain as prince until his king brother line end.

Jeevan do u know that our film directors way back 1940s or 1950s created the first wonder woman by the name Darna (Carmen Rosales was d 1st Darna) before USA created Wonder Woman acted by Lynda Carter. There are many Darna films and actresses acted as Darna in the like of sharon cuneta, marianne rivera and many more, and currently there is a series of Darna produce by abs cbn. I hope you can watch "THE KILLER BRIDE" also if you can find an English subtitles of this. Its one of the highly recommended Fil thriller drama, I promise. Also, Janela, Joshua and Alexa is one of the main characters there. The Plot twist there is so good and kinda unpredictable i say. Its also really Thrilling drama. I promise.
