It's a good adaptation, but understandably shorter and made more pg. I desperately wished they'd kept the part where he froze the water in Mizurugi's mouth, suffocating him unless he got immediate care. But I get why it had to be toned down. The source material also explained that using drain touch allowed him to spam his other skills, which is why the fight also devolved into hit and run tactics with liberal application of the lurk, bind and snipe skills.
It makes sense for Iris to fall for Kazuma. Despite all of his Kazuma-ness he's the first person she's ever met who treats her like a regular little girl.
Princess Iris challenging Megumin to a brawl is exactly what she got tought by the crimson demon girl while being in Kazumas body. 😆 Best girl in this episode is none the less Darkness for she rescued the situation several times. She identified those 2 "thieves" immediately, but trusted them enough to give them the chance to go on with their plan. She knew she´d miss with the sword, while going with a clutch would stop them since Kazumas Drain Touch is not effective against her, as we know since their duel in the Dustiness Ford mansion where Kazuma had to fall back to creep into the crusaders mind to not be obliterated by pure strength.
achshually (TM)... orange is a stealthy color at night due to how eyes work. its why tigers work. with the sun away, orange looks blacker than black its why some warships during ww2 were painted orange to make them harder to spot in the time when the old mk1 eyeball was the most common way to look for targets
Sadly there would have been another one probably in season 1 or 2 (volume 2 in the light novels) as I heard from a few other commentars. Kazuma is foe you shouldn't underestimate, if he would remain serious and doesn't have any other things dragging him down.
@@TheMenticorethe moment people talk about is him bejng competent, though, not badass like here. It is more in line with his performances against the Devil King's Generals, just with less op but more reasonable party members.
The fight in this episode is so cool but turns out in the LN puts this to shame somewhat. (spoilers those who haven't read the LN) The fighting was more involved, Kazuma was in charge of melee taking down the guards who started really getting scared of him while Chris took care of stopping the mages ranged attacks with stuff like skill bind. Kazuma also used a mix of an earth and wind spell to attack people as well. He froze the water in Mitsurigis throat and told them "if you help him now he might live" so they had to go attend to him immediately. Also Kazuma and Chris got caught not due to Kazuma grinding up on Chris but when Kazuma found a Japanese doujinshi which set off an alarm when taken. Kazuma also stops one of the spellcasters by sniping the gem in her staff so she cant shoot them, just pretty cool. Also at the end it was a bit darker because if i remember right Clair really dug at Kazuma saying that she would attempt to get his party to leave him for Mitsurugi putting Kazuma in a pretty bad feeling situation.
Someone else online pointed this out, but Mitsurugi cut the wires of the trap when he entered. He willingly put the sword back into the sheath afterwards despite knowing they were fighting someone. Kazuma was right on the money with the whole "Your overconfidence is your downfall."
15:10 The mask is the one Vanir gave him in the movie, which he said would power him up at night. He also said that it's a hit among children (which is probably a set-up for calling Megumi a child here by having her fangirl over Kazuma's style)
This was one of the best parts of the Light Novel. His skill set is actually very good for taking down normal humans. Cause drain touch is almost an instant win if he can land it. The only person who can withstand it is that muscle brain Darkness.
If Kazuma went solo, not only would he be unstoppable, bro would be given a life sentence for all the charges he'd pile up

Iris is about 12-13 years old, Kazuma is 16-17, so about 4 year gap which is indeed too wide at current times, however, defeating the demon king could take years, so if eventually, Kazuma defeats him at let say age 25, Iris would be 21, which is very average age gap for a couple.
If we look closely, there are some parts of Kazuma showing are Vanir's personality...small portion of it. Chris x Kazuma duo are dope 😂😂 First thing of all...I think Kazuma's things are working for everyone depending on each of his victim precious priority things especially when his target are females: .Mitsurugi : His Gram Sword/Cursed Sword .Chris,Megumin & Claire : clearly their panties .Iris : Her ring
Yes, that discrepancy is worse. Given Kazuma's general motivation, he'll probably defeat the Devil King when he hits 100ish years old, though, so the discrepancy will be a bit less then.
I actually approve of the scarves. You're in a world where stealth comes more from magical abilities than actually being stealthy, so the combination of being easier to spot by your partner (who you aren't trying to hide from) and wearing a distinctive item of clothing you won't wear at any other time (to throw off attempts by witnesses to describe you) makes perfect sense.
regarding divine relics this is just info that was left out from the novel (idk if they plan to clarify it later or not so): 1. yes divine relics are given to the reincarneted people but if they die the relic is still there which is why eris needs to retrieve and seal them 2. only the original user can use the full power of the relic (was mentioned in s2 by aqua when kazuma wanted to use mitsurugis sword) 3. any other person will just get a „nerfed“ version of it. e.g. mitsurigs magic sword will just be a normal sword to anyone else. the 2 mentioned relics: body swap relic was originally permanent already but for everyone else its just temporary the monster summon one is originally summon monster without cost but now requires a cost so ye someone having a relic does not exactly mean they are reincarnated people
Iris is actually 13, and you can notice she still looks younger than Megumin because there is SUPPOSED to be a 4 year difference in age not 1... you can see the difference in age between them and even so, Yun yun, Dodonko, Funikura and the other friends of megumin (from the movie) who are the SAME age as megumin look so MUCH older... because they are all MEANT to be 17 not 14... but editors of the light novel messed up by telling the author, Kazuma should be 17 instead of 19/20 to fit the highschooler target demographic better... and therefore making all the party 2/3 years younger when the actual light novel was published...
Regarding Orochimaru: The Leaf ninja have their own ideas on what you might call "immortality". Family, teachers, and everyone in the village, really, shares and passes down their skills and ideals from one generation to the next. That's what they call the Will of Fire, and they are "immortal" as a result. This is in direct contrast to Orochimaru, who always wanted functional immortality. Orochimaru didn't try to pass down anything to anyone else, he just wanted to keep what he had forever. This is why the Third Hokage felt he'd failed as a teacher. By the time of Boruto, he's chosen to create a body not as a new one for himself and his uses, but to continue his legacy and take a different path. Mitsuki is a clone of himself, modified to do things Orochimaru had wanted but couldn't, like use Sage Jutsu. Orochimaru chose to have a successor rather than immortality, in the end.
It's a huge age gap since they're in puberty. About 4 years, max. In adulthood it wouldn't be a big deal. Plenty of weird stuff in this show but Iris having a crush on Kazuma is NOT weird, it's cute when young teens get older crushes! So long as they aren't reciprocated....then things get weird and dangerous. Kazuma most certainily doesn't see her that way, so it's just cute and wholesome :)
I started to figure it out through this season, so many scenes of them referencing one or the other. The scene that did it for me was last episode when Eris told Kazuma not to sexually harass people. I guess I'd never thought about Chris and Eris at the same time before but as soon as she said that I suddenly had both characters on my mind at once and began to see the similarities. To avoid spoilers I then looked to see voice actresses and confirmed that they are both played by the same voice actress - so at that point I was sold.
Jesus christ the comments here still getting ages wrong. I am literally holding a copy of the light novel that tells you the damn ages for Vol. 6, the volume of this story arc. Kazuma 16, Megumin 14, Darkness 18, Iris 12. How hard is it to open a damn book? Since someone else mentioned Yunyun, it's not said in this volume but she's about 3 months younger than Megumin. Edit: Source for Yunyun is the Fantastic Days game, which provided character birthdays. The light novels show that both start the series 13, Megumin is 14 by Vol 4, and Yunyun is 14 by Vol 7 (Vol 7 adaptation starts next episode). They are the only two characters shown to have had birthdays by Vol 8, the last one to include ages.
She (the princess) said that the thieves where trying to protect her, That last bit I read it as a "big brother protecting little sister". You know? "Non unworthy guys will marry Iris" or smt like that, that's why she encourages him to defeat the king, so she has a shot at not being engaged with whoever the family wants
Its crazy that the only time we see Kazuma succeed in combat is as a criminal against the royal capital guards. I think he would actually have a way easier time if he really deffected to the devil king's army like he threatened to do in the movie lol. He's cunning, morally dubious, plays dirty and has knowledge on the rpg/anime tropes this world operates with, he even has a lich skill and a demon partner in business already (wich i know is how he got that confidence/performance boost with the mask), fell in love with a chimera and had sympathy for the Dullahan and the Slime, he absolutelly thrive as a villain
12:27 Awww, Mitsurugi thinks those dolls would prevent Kazuma stealing the sword again. Chris can tell how well that will work... 20:19 And who was the one who kicked him out of the castle after the party? Oh right, it was Claire herself, so that was totally uncalled for.
The Princess Iris Arc really saw Kazuma get to new highs in his achievements, as well as some new lows in his perversion. All in the name for his love for Little Sister archetypes. And to win the heart of a Princess is one such achievement that most people never really get to 1st base on. Next episode, I suspect a new arc one that might be just as good.
This episode finally shows that Kazuma being completely incompetent was just an illusion he is actually extremely powerful but we only see him punching above his weight class.
Kazuma had already started to figure out Chris is Eris......Notice how he says 'You're not the only one who hides their Identity...' Kazuma started to figure it out when Eris chastized him for feeling up Chris and how Eris got angry at Kazuma for calling Chris Mannish......
I guess Kazuma got a stat boost from the Black Vanir mask (I really couldn`t see him stopping a knights swing with one arm without it) ... at times he even acts as Vanir. I don't know for sure, but it kinda looked like it
I believe Kazuma just sees Iris as a little sister. But Iris having a crush on Kazuma makes sense as she almost never interacts with other people that are close to her in age. Plus I’m sure most of us had crushes on people that were older than us when we were young.
The confusion with Megumin (and the whole party's) age is due to the fact that some people read the web novel, some read the Light Novel when it was published and adapted from the Web Novel... Then some others read info about the anime (since the anime never actually says the ages)... Therefore some have the original Age, from the webnovels 17 for megumin, some have the one from the Light Novels 14, and some from the anime info also 14... ON TOP OF THAT... a long time has passed in the Novels so all of them have actually aged...
From what I saw in the comments when it aired, the anime is going by the manga storyline which means Kazuma was 17 at the start. So he's only like 5ish years older than her at best, and the I don't think it's weird for a younger person to have a crush on an older one.
Doesn’t she say during the frog slime thing when they were in debt that “I’m only about 3 years younger than you” so yeah 17-15 or 17-14 which is freshman dating a junior. Also this world is based on midevil Europe which 14 was considered “adult” back then which is why she’s so confused why he won’t let her drink
28:05 I mean for all we know it might take several years for Kazuma to defeat the Devil king so, there's time. Also She's royalty, its not like she has much of a "childhood" or many options to go around and since she has to do grown up stuff already (yes I know its sounds awful but that's history with royals from the Egyptians up to Europeans.) Also we can see when Kazuma is a great match with Chris (Goddess Eris) and there for he can be stronger, whereas with Aqua, he gets downgraded. So its cool to see that Aqua is kind of making him "weak" in a way but on the other hand with Aqua, Kazuma is technically unkillable, since Aqua can revive him as many times as Aqua needs him.
in the LN the fight against was even more ridiculus. Kazuma drowned him and froze the remaining water in mouth and nose. while claire and rain tried to taw mitsurugi, rain tried to fire magic at kazuma and chris to stop them from running away. kazuma turned around while running and sniped rains staff, causing it to shatter. rain got so intimidated by it that she was out of commision for the rest of the fight.
Darkness: do you really think you can get someone to fall for you in a week, face reality Iris - falls for him in a week As for Aldarp a lot of the answers have already been laid out in his actions and if you check back to all the conversations involving both divine treasures or the man some connections should fall into place. from our first meeting with him in season 2 what has he wanted and how many times have events moved in that direction only to be cut off be the gang?
@2:05 why didn't Kazuma call Claire out for what she was about to do herself? Instead of guiding Iris to make better choices she indulged Iris's bad choices and even tried to groom her herself. 😅
Sadly enough the show removed one of the most Badass kazuma stories from the first season... The chapter where Kazuma trades parties with the blonde friend from axel, the one that took him to the Succubus bar... In that chapter he was badmouthing akzuma for having it so easy with such badass strong party. So kazuma told him the reality of things but he did not believe it... Therefore they traded parties... By the end the other party did not want Blondie back they wanted to keep kazuma as their leader forever... He beat one of the most threatening monsters around town that kills the rookies way too often... And kazuma beat him almost by himself using his stupid basic level skills... Similar to how he beat Mitsurugi this episode... So he became the party's hero immediately... They had already resigned to die to the huge wolf but kazuma just said not on my watch...
I have a theory, about Kazuma's Steal, his High luck allows him to steal what ever he desires, so it hits with 100% accuracy every time that's why it works so well in combat for him, but whenever he uses it outside of combat and on women he ends up stealing what he desires the most to see their panties. His high luck is also why he always wins at Rock Paper Scissors, but Eris is the Goddess of Luck so of course he'd lose to her.
btw kazuma performed really well because he had the magic enchanted mask from vanir that gives you a big boost at night . especiali when theres a moon xD also kazuma and the princess are basicali engaged lol also watch the megumin series its really funny Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen wo!
18:49 ironically it would have been better for him to steal the panties as opposed to the ring also about the ages the anime never specifically says it so for all we know they could have changed it but from what I heard in the LN iris is 13 so three years younger than kazuma
I agree the age difference is pretty bad, the only thing saving it is Kazuma not reciprocating. It’s normal for young kids to have crushes on adults, it’s only wrong if the adult reciprocates. Kazuma seems to (thankfully) only see her as a sister
At least in the novels, kazuma already knows who Chris is. The show has changed ALOT of the minor details but there should be another raid next season and kazuma calls her Eris during it like 2-3 to fuck with her and she doesn’t even recognize he did it until the raids over. When she asks how long he’s known, he answers is more or less “the whole time” the show doesn’t have time to show it but him and Chris are damn near BFFs and hang out a lot so I’d say his second death at least he knows who she is
my theory about anime Kazuma's steal was kinda proven by this ep.. "steals the target's precious thing" effect.. I said anime Kazuma because in manga few different stuffs were stolen..
27:45 hopefully Kazuma takes, like, at least six years to slay the Demon King At least then, they'll both be adults but if we want to go by the "half your age plus seven" rule to decide if it's creepy or not, he might want to wait at least 7 years before slaying the Demon King (or better yet, maybe he should get a love interest who is already closer to the same age as him)
I do not know why they decided to change or omit this part... But in the novel Kazuma went even a step further... After Create watering Mitsurugi's mouth kazuma went even further and Freezed all the water he just forced into his throat... Since it was not a wound all the healers were in shambles since they could not even try to heal him... He was suffocating from all the ice frozen inside his body that they could not remove fast enough.... since he is the most important hero around they couldn't just leave him alone so they were all trying to save him instead of following Kazuma and Chris...
Kazuma is a lazy boy who's often more focused on satisfying his own desires than anything. He's always nerfed incredibly hard by his party's presence. But here and now? The goal is to protect Iris. His sweet little sister (and _nothing_ else, Iris) who looks up to him. We finally see what Kazuma can do when he locks in and fights with all his might. And the results...well...Kazuma's kind of a monster. He's outleveled by damn near everyone as a class with bad stats, but uses wit, versatility, and resourcefulness to make direct combat irrelevant to the conflict. And apparently, the details in the light novel was so good that most novel readers don't think the episode did it justice while anime-onlys thought it was awesome.
While still an idiot, this episode shows perfectly that Kazuma is actually a really good skilled fighter and can actually shine if he has competent party members. In fact in the LN that fight scene went WAY HARDER than what was shown here. That all being said I feel that if anything this episode should be the proof that his party members are dragging his ass down as he has to try to make up for them. That being said, he still manages to somehow make their busted ass composition work, which NGL really makes his skill all that much more impressive. (Even if it causes him to die multiple times as a result.)
@@moalboris239 Yeah, it feels like (anime, manga, etc,) girls at that age tend to be much more aware of their romantic feelings and it's obvious that Iris developed a crush on Kazuma, though is not necessarily love... at this time. Not to mention that among royals (again, in manga, anime, etc) is fairly common to get engaged at a very young age so they get the proper education for when they get married, hence she already had an idea of what was expected of her (for better or worse) and after meting Kazuma, allowed herself to be a little selfish and dream of such relationships. Also, isn't Mitsurugi, inadvertently or not, just casually reaching towards that "whoever slays the demon king, will gain the right to take the princes as their bride" and only My Boy Kasuma gets shit for it? #JusticeForKasuma
This episode proves that author's original idea of writing the villain squad in Combatants Will Be Dispatched was his peak. 'The original Iris but with a shotgun', Alice, is superior too. They should have continued that show too.
I know it is fun to make fun of Orochimaru but he is the best antagonist in the series. He is the only one who does what he wants just because he can. He does not need to try and lie to others about why he is misunderstood. Instead, he does it for his own gains.

She knew she´d miss with the sword, while going with a clutch would stop them since Kazumas Drain Touch is not effective against her, as we know since their duel in the Dustiness Ford mansion where Kazuma had to fall back to creep into the crusaders mind to not be obliterated by pure strength.
achshually (TM)... orange is a stealthy color at night due to how eyes work.
its why tigers work.
with the sun away, orange looks blacker than black
its why some warships during ww2 were painted orange to make them harder to spot in the time when the old mk1 eyeball was the most common way to look for targets
After 3 seasons Kazuma FINALLY locks in

Sadly there would have been another one probably in season 1 or 2 (volume 2 in the light novels) as I heard from a few other commentars. Kazuma is foe you shouldn't underestimate, if he would remain serious and doesn't have any other things dragging him down.
@@TheMenticorethe moment people talk about is him bejng competent, though, not badass like here.
It is more in line with his performances against the Devil King's Generals, just with less op but more reasonable party members.
Dude finally acts as a main protagonists
The fight in this episode is so cool but turns out in the LN puts this to shame somewhat. (spoilers those who haven't read the LN)
The fighting was more involved, Kazuma was in charge of melee taking down the guards who started really getting scared of him while Chris took care of stopping the mages ranged attacks with stuff like skill bind.
I was really looking forward to this episode and was honestly a little disappointed, this scene in the novel was one of my favorites
Someone else online pointed this out, but Mitsurugi cut the wires of the trap when he entered. He willingly put the sword back into the sheath afterwards despite knowing they were fighting someone. Kazuma was right on the money with the whole "Your overconfidence is your downfall."
15:10
The mask is the one Vanir gave him in the movie, which he said would power him up at night. He also said that it's a hit among children (which is probably a set-up for calling Megumi a child here by having her fangirl over Kazuma's style)
Didn't he get the mask in episode 1 of this season? I don't remember it being in the movie.
@@StarstormVGN yes you're right. It was actually in episode two, I was remembering a different scene
Sly Cooper used to sneak around with a giant pink hippo, a bright orange scarf doesn't seem so bad by comparison.
This was one of the best parts of the Light Novel. His skill set is actually very good for taking down normal humans. Cause drain touch is almost an instant win if he can land it. The only person who can withstand it is that muscle brain Darkness.
HAHA! that face when Kazuma starts popping off is priceless 🤣
Chris x Kazuma duo are dope 😂😂
First thing of all...I think Kazuma's things are working for everyone depending on each of his victim precious priority things especially when his target are females:
.Mitsurugi : His Gram Sword/Cursed Sword
.Chris,Megumin & Claire : clearly their panties
.Iris : Her ring
steal works on the thing the TARGET values the most (and success depends on your luck)
Yeah, when I watched this episode I legit thought that Vanir posessed Kazuma through the mask.
Yes, that discrepancy is worse.
Given Kazuma's general motivation, he'll probably defeat the Devil King when he hits 100ish years old, though, so the discrepancy will be a bit less then.
Yeah, I think they are 4 years apart. He is 16/17 and she is 12/13. Weird now, but definetely not in like 4 to 5 years
@@wisefelipe She's 3 to 4 years younger. her age is either 12 or 13.
The hammers probably the most dangerous one. Devil king would just need to maraca shake the kingdom into the Great Depression.
thank god kazuma really just see iris as a little sister lol
Imagine if the reason Iris's older brother is fighting is to defeat the devil king and make sure no one can marry his sister
Comedy, Kazuma turning up, sincere moment, and hints at a future plot.

regarding divine relics this is just info that was left out from the novel (idk if they plan to clarify it later or not so):
1. yes divine relics are given to the reincarneted people but if they die the relic is still there which is why eris needs to retrieve and seal them
2. only the original user can use the full power of the relic (was mentioned in s2 by aqua when kazuma wanted to use mitsurugis sword)
3. any other person will just get a „nerfed“ version of it. e.g. mitsurigs magic sword will just be a normal sword to anyone else.
the 2 mentioned relics: body swap relic was originally permanent already but for everyone else its just temporary
the monster summon one is originally summon monster without cost but now requires a cost
so ye someone having a relic does not exactly mean they are reincarnated people
I’m curious to what the hammer did at full power then I guess just spawn more money?

Darkness may be a freak but she has class.
Kazuma grabs his sword and puts it......
Regarding Orochimaru:
The Leaf ninja have their own ideas on what you might call "immortality".

Had to watch this in the patreon. I could NOT wait another day to see your reaction to this.
8:32 I'm getting Dark Messiah of might and magic flashbacks
I'm shocked I didn't immediately think of that. I guess I relied more on the kick. So much kicking.
Iris is 12 from what i remember in LN kazuma is 17 at this time, he was 16 when he entered the world.
no the age gap is between 3 to 4 years. she's a little over a year younger than Megumin
24:53 Chibi Mike Tyson's Punch-out!
Chris x Kazuma is so good I actually wish they did the whole thief duo again but it's just a one off
ima be honest Alicia, i didn't even know Eris was Chris until you pointed it out. And I've been watching this show since it premiered.
You have all the tools to figure it out seasons 1-2, but in this season it's basically the worst kept secret in anime.
kazuma for real being a true menace in this episode
It’s moments like these where I am reminded that Kazuma is incredibly resourceful, skilled, and lucky asf. He is so nerfed by his party it’s crazy
Kazuma is just being held down by his party. Dude is terrifying when he lets loose.
This is my favorite episode! Kazuma and Chris were so cool!
Kazuma really popped off this episode, like my man really was on demon time
She (the princess) said that the thieves where trying to protect her, That last bit I read it as a "big brother protecting little sister". You know? "Non unworthy guys will marry Iris" or smt like that, that's why she encourages him to defeat the king, so she has a shot at not being engaged with whoever the family wants
3:28 Orochimaru is a dad AND a mom now.
14:08 Jumpcut
I don't know for sure, but it kinda looked like it
It's pretty much a running joke at this point that Kazuma keeps pulling lollies while he's into busty ladies like Darkness, lmao 😂
I believe Kazuma just sees Iris as a little sister. But Iris having a crush on Kazuma makes sense as she almost never interacts with other people that are close to her in age. Plus I’m sure most of us had crushes on people that were older than us when we were young.
This episode slapped so hard I think I’m seeing stars ngl
6:12 For those Curious, Kazuma Lost in this Duel to Chris/Eris, because she has Even More Luck than he Does. 🙃
I love the sip of iris x kazuma ❤
Kazuma merked them easily and they think he's weak af. 🤣
Full potential Kazuma’s is so goated. Shame it would ruin the show if he actually reached this point.
Also She's royalty, its not like she has much of a "childhood" or many options to go around and since she has to do grown up stuff already (yes I know its sounds awful but that's history with royals from the Egyptians up to Europeans.)
Also we can see when Kazuma is a great match with Chris (Goddess Eris) and there for he can be stronger, whereas with Aqua, he gets downgraded.
Darkness: do you really think you can get someone to fall for you in a week, face reality
Iris - falls for him in a week
As for Aldarp a lot of the answers have already been laid out in his actions and if you check back to all the conversations involving both divine treasures or the man some connections should fall into place. from our first meeting with him in season 2 what has he wanted and how many times have events moved in that direction only to be cut off be the gang?
3:09 Not the Drake impression
The plot thickens 😮😮
Did you notice how Kazuma was acting like a certain other character this episode?
I have a theory, about Kazuma's Steal, his High luck allows him to steal what ever he desires, so it hits with 100% accuracy every time that's why it works so well in combat for him, but whenever he uses it outside of combat and on women he ends up stealing what he desires the most to see their panties. His high luck is also why he always wins at Rock Paper Scissors, but Eris is the Goddess of Luck so of course he'd lose to her.
btw kazuma performed really well because he had the magic enchanted mask from vanir that gives you a big boost at night . especiali when theres a moon xD
also kazuma and the princess are basicali engaged lol
also watch the megumin series its really funny Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen wo!
You going to look at the megumin backstory spinoff? (An explosion on this wonderful world)
18:49 ironically it would have been better for him to steal the panties as opposed to the ring also about the ages the anime never specifically says it so for all we know they could have changed it but from what I heard in the LN iris is 13 so three years younger than kazuma
I agree the age difference is pretty bad, the only thing saving it is Kazuma not reciprocating. It’s normal for young kids to have crushes on adults, it’s only wrong if the adult reciprocates. Kazuma seems to (thankfully) only see her as a sister
Their clothes don’t really matter, they have the lurk skill
27:50 i know the age diff is bad, but considering we have Claire in the other hand i think Kazuma is the best option XD
Chris was not there when he stole mitsurgi sword
At least in the novels, kazuma already knows who Chris is. The show has changed ALOT of the minor details but there should be another raid next season and kazuma calls her Eris during it like 2-3 to fuck with her and she doesn’t even recognize he did it until the raids over.
When she asks how long he’s known, he answers is more or less “the whole time” the show doesn’t have time to show it but him and Chris are damn near BFFs and hang out a lot so I’d say his second death at least he knows who she is
To be fair, Kazuma marries someone else so we don’t have to worry about it
my theory about anime Kazuma's steal was kinda proven by this ep..
"steals the target's precious thing" effect..
I said anime Kazuma because in manga few different stuffs were stolen..
27:45 hopefully Kazuma takes, like, at least six years to slay the Demon King
At least then, they'll both be adults
but if we want to go by the "half your age plus seven" rule to decide if it's creepy or not, he might want to wait at least 7 years before slaying the Demon King (or better yet, maybe he should get a love interest who is already closer to the same age as him)
I do not know why they decided to change or omit this part...
I swear Kazuma is Leeroy Jenkins but with less social skills 😂
At least Leeroy has chicken.
I wonder if anyone is going to tell her, that for a medieval setting. The normal age of becoming an adult is about 14...
It is always funny when people fail to realize how different age perception actually was back in the day.
Kazuma could literally ditch the adventurer class and just be treasure hunter/thief mage. He’d probably die less.
Arcane trickster
@@Samagachi yeah exactly because I’m pretty sure that’s a D&D class. I know Sam from Critical Role played that in C2.
Remember. ... Eris is the goddess of luck....
7:23 - OH! and this is NOT how they set off the alarm in the manga, bye Twitter Freaks 👋
