Thats Eric Olson that wrecked in the Blue Ranger Truck, we call his Truck "Tree Killa" the year it rained he spun off the road and it go wrapped around a tree. Great guy, sorry to see it happen Eric I am sure we will see it back.

Everyone accepts the risks when they sign the waivers. The passenger door can be replaced as it was pushed into the roll cage. The other door needs bodywork. Sucks that it happened to a super-clean '90-'92 RS, but it's not totaled.

I find your 1320 videos addictive. There is a certain style and production value to these videos that make them very watchable. I also wanted to relate an observation to you that is a possibility for a video/story idea. Have you ever noticed that verbal communication about cars and drag racing specifically is all about numbers. 1320, ET's, cubic inches, turbo charger diameters, rear end ratios, and on and on. If two guys talked about cars drag racing and could not state any numbers in the conversation they would be silent. Possibly, make a video about numbers in drag racing. Just a thought. To the pilot of the Gasser Nova with red windows. NOW THATS HOW TO SHIFT!! I had to watch it a few times. That right foot never leaves the mat and that left foot is wound up enough to kickstart a bulldozer. That gear change was pure speed and muscle. What a workout! I hope your kid enjoys those ice cream runs!
That thing sounds like it has a Lenco, not a long throw H pattern. How long did you have that car before you knew it could take those shifts? Either way, totally worth occasionally picking bits of clutch out of your heater blower! 👍👍
I got a chance to talk to the owners of the blue Camaro that got hit by the pick up truck earlier in the day. Really feel bad for them, they were an extremely nice couple of dudes. And the car was really well put together. Hopefully it’s still salvageable.
Did they prep the track differently? Like running 1/4 on 1/8 prep? Or was the truck on 1/8 prep? If the prep isn’t different, then it doesn’t matter that they run 1/8 cars with 1/4 cars. It’s no different if it was two 1/4 cars and one lifted due to an issue or testing. Bike vs car is a vastly different concern, and should not be done at all, but 1/8 vs 1/4 when both are on 1/4 prep doesn’t matter.

Most metal Pipe are made of a zinc alloy those particular Pipes had been bronzed with a bronzing powder was super popular in the 1900's. Tracker organs are mechanical action organs. We have three currently standing in our shop ranging from 1880's all the way to the late 20th century.
