The original natyageet composed by Shri Abhisheki Bua, has this essense of brilliant work on composition keeping in mind the sahitya and the emotive aspect of the music. It has to go together. I loved the first original version of Ghei chand sung here. But the Jazz version was really horrible. I can understand that it was entertaining but the essense of music is not just entertaintment but beauty too!! The words of Ghei chand and the Jazz flavour just doesnt go together. Instead I suggest artists to prove their metal by composing their own Jazz numbers and popularising them instead of riding on old natyageets popularities. I am just a true music lover and this was my 2cents. Thanks
