Oh my GOD. This is just unbelievable. All of it was beautiful, and Rahul Deshpande ji is just amazing. But oh my GOD. In the end, I was shivering when Dr. Mahadevan started hitting the high notes. Shankar Mahadevan is underrated. Padmashri is not high enough an honour. Shocking composition, shocking voice, shocking personality. Also, the way he respects Deshpande is great.

Khan sahib’s renditions make people’s jaws drop. Panditji’s touches their hearts, and moves them to tears. Which is why Panditji won the contest. See what I mean?
