Honestly it's most likely the automated censors working overtime restricting without any reason ... unfortunately there's a lot of restrictions as to what you can or cannot say and they may be just playing it safe. The apps in China have to adhere to the governments policies.
I remember the profile changes of rednote have times of the limitation each month .your changes are possibly beyond the limitation times. Can text or call help center to unbind your account. Or recreate one new account if convenient.
