- I'm really happy to play IB again, I feel very comfortable after such a long time and I really enjoyed the process of practice this run.
The most complicated part of this run has been to understand the counterattack mechanics and values of Nargacuga in IB.
Shoutout to 海德玛丽, he is a Chinese player who has discovered that counterattack value can be applied when we perform the tenderize in a specific timing. He has given me several tips to understand this part of the fight, thank you very much!
I also want to thank my friends Vycery, Fahme and Neko for the feedback they have given me to discover Narga's counterattack mechanics.

Here I am, thinking I've seen everything there is in IB, and then I see moments like that immaculate positioning at 0:42, learning there's a shortcut to TCS from the wide swing at 1:15 followed by a glorious follow-up dunk immediately after, beautiful KO at 1:43

The game is called "Monster Hunter World" but nobody said that you get to play as the monster, holy fuck dude you slap hard.
This was a glorious great sword run that proves to me ..... that I have no business playing great sword. Nope. Imma stay a Switch Axe main because that's my style but I give the highest regards to any GS user with this kind of skill. Bravo!

same, i miss the hunts. i would like another run to play with other people, i never did coop, soloed everything from base to iceborne with me and my greatsword (had to use IG on some occasion coz of fights that are too hard with GS lol).

Me: Oh, lemme try this too. (Instantly gets slapped around in the arena and carts) Jokes aside I'm still getting the hang of GS. I'm able to kill elder dragons with it now so there's some progress. I want to get good enough to take out my rival. The Valstrax. After seeing your Risen Valstrax run, that inspired me to get better using GS. GS is my second best weapon after Dual Blades.

I’m learning GS right now and I had no idea you could TCS with dodge wide swing with slinger into it!
The key here is not so much the wild swing as it is the slinger burst, that you can do after most hits (including the wide swing) and from which you can indeed go straight into TCS.

The 0:42 part is consistent, but it depends on the timing of the first tenderize hit, this allows Narga to accumulate counterattack value if done correctly and the part at 1:06 is not consistent, it's an AI grind.
