- In this video, I meet my friend Andrei Filipinez , who came to visit me with groceries and took some of my items to help sell in the city of Davao. We also discuss the challenges I'm facing, including a clogged drainage system in my house. At the end of the video, I prepare aromatic cocoa and share a simple recipe. Then, I adapt a traditional Filipino ginataang soup recipe to suit my children's tastes and enjoy a delicious dinner at sunset with them. Join us for this cozy evening!

For it to be convenient with you, you can ask the vendor to deliver fresh vegetables in the morning. You can ask their number and order and simply add additional payment for delivery. In that way you will have a daily supply of fresh vegetables daily or weekly.
Also, for the coconut milk, you can also try the filipino way of getting the coconut milk. After getting the coconut milk you can add water in the coconut meat and squeeze it again. You can use the same water milk for your vegetable instead of plain water den add the first coconut milk in that way it will be more creamier.

It's tough raising 2 kids with a husband abroad earning a living. You're a role model being a foreigner and on your own with all the tasks and keeping up with the household, never a complaint about the hardships and challenges. Plant calamansi, it turns to a small shrub and will give you abundance of never ending fruits. The flowers smell so good also. I’m sure the plant is being sold there, if not , plant from seeds

Pancake with mashed banana is a good option. You can make Ginataang Kalabasa with sitaw. It's Squash and string beans in coconut cream. You can try cooking it, easy to prepare and delicious.

Ksenia, try this. Use a long hard stick/pole or steel bar and check whether a toy or cloth or dirt/hair is blocking the drainage pipe. Fill it up with more water and see what happens with the water for a few hours. If no objects were blocking the drain pipe, then go to the supermarket; and buy a bathtub/sink drainage blockage cleaning solution (read the instructions in the label on how to use it). Ask the Store Manager/Customer Service staff to help you... tell your problem/show a photo of it. Then, follow the instructions in the product label; and see if it helps... 🤞before you dig the ground. 🫣 Enjoy. Take it easy. You can do it. 😁💪💃🏻

There is also a root crop you can eat that will give you more energy we call it besol or lutia it is good for soup combine with monggo with coconut milk , it is also good with moringa, squash lemon grass ang string beans and okra

Actually, I was growing the lemongrass before in my land many years ago. But for now in my improved part of the land, no place for lemongrass. But to plant it on the rest of the land. I don’t have a time to care. 🥰

Since you know where the pipes passed it wouldn't be difficult to remove the toy. Usually the pipes are two inches in diameter. Good to see Andrei bring you some veggies. I also raised my son almost solo because my husband was an ofw when he was born. I did my best. Marketing and buying from the supermarket was also difficult. Now my son is working and still single. Russian children are easy to feed. They are not like children from other western countries who waste food. I hope your eldest son will learn to speak english like you do. He is so cute, adorable and very responsible. I think he will be a successful vlogger. Even your youngest likes to face the camera. The are both adorable.
Do you have a recipe for coconut flour? One time I made a pancake I did not like it that much. What flour did you use for your pancake? I like the meals you prepare for your family so healthy.
Try to plant lemon grass near the wall of the house. Even alugbati grows easily. If you have a seed it will easily grow. In my front yard there is alugbati growing which I did not plant. Even chili pepper grows anywhere if you know how a wild chili pepper plant looks. They are just shrubs.
One time you ask a Filipino to remove the jackfruit near your house. Jackfruits don't fall off easily. Mine does not for as long as it is not matured yet. It will stay on the branch even if there is a typhoon as long as it is not yet matured. When the jackfruit is matured the peduncle nearest the fruit is already brown.
Just be patience lady everything will be alright just pray god always and he will guide you

Try young jackfruit with mungo bean and coconut cream with saluyot, its yummy.
Hi ksenia Does the toy that goes into the pipe plastic toy? If yes you can use the liquid sosa, that's what we use here in my house. You buy maybe 2 or 3 bottles of that then at night when no one will use the toilet pour the liquid sosa in the drainage where your children put the toy and leave it there till the morning be sure the drainage is dry because if theres water in it it will dilute the liquid sosa. Liquid sosa dissolves all the clogged inside the pipe .
If you’re using liquid sosa you need to be extra careful they cause irritation to skin that’s very strong liquid especially you have kids around just a piece of advice.

You can try to cook Champorado it's delicious .
You just cook a half cup of sticky rice like congee lots of water .when it's boiling you can add a cup of coconut milk, sugar, and grated cacao. Mix and stir until its cooked. It's very delicious.

Tell you're son not to put anything in the drainage it will surely block the flow of water, you can buy a steel bar 10mm it's ten feet long and use it to unclog the pipes, ask the guy do it for you..
