@@rjsmith26 Thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed them. We are hoping to get more videos out very soon, including daily life ones, watch this space! Thank you for the suggestion, it’s good to know what people would like to see. 😊
Hi Trevor & Tracy, love your videos and especially that your living in one full time which is exactly what were planning on doing. We are on the brink of retirement and have never done motorhome ownership before 😂. We went to the NEC October and liked a few vans. We went to Brownhills yesterday and seen the m96 which you have. Apart from the superb build quality we also liked the layout. Especially been mercedes chassis. Do you tow a car or are the bikes enough to get you around. Do you mainly tour uk or Europe. What would be your first initial tip before buying it ie with the dealership. Kind regards Graham & Glen (G&G).😊
@@ssMan-nf9kn Hi Graham and Glen, thank you for watching glad our videos were of interest to you, that’s great news to hear you’re thinking of going full time yourself, we do intend to make more videos about living and travelling in a motorhome very soon. The Mercedes chassis is excellent for the extra weight it can carry which is crucial when living full time, the 9 speed auto that we have is well worth the extra that costs. No we don’t tow a car, the electric bikes get us about, we do still have a vehicle we keep at my father-in-laws for when we are back home visiting family. If you’ve never had a motorhome before our biggest tip would be to hire one to try out motor-homing, and possibly hire different layouts, it’s not till you’ve spent sometime in a Motorhome that you’ll know what layout you prefer. We thought long and hard about layout, having previously owned a Campervan, motorhome and several caravans over the years made it easier for us to know what we didn’t like. We were at the NEC in October as well! From our own experience we can highly recommend Brownhills, their club membership is excellent and after sales has been very good. We were there just before we went to the NEC for its first year service and hab check, we met another couple there who recognised us from this video, they had liked it so much they ordered the same one and were there to pick it up that day! We do have an Instagram page: wheelers_in_the_wild_ If there’s anything else you’d like to know you’re more than welcome to DM us over there. Keep in touch and let us know what you decide. 😊 xx
Hi Trevor & Tracy sorry for the delayed response, we're so busy in preparing for our retirement. We're not signed upto Instagram and ideally not a big fan of these platforms. We normally text or email our friends/ family etc. We hope your travels are exciting and keeping warm now the weather has dipped a little. Are you going to post any more videos. We keep looking but nothing yet. Hope your both well and keep in touch regards Graham & Glen. Xx😊
What a nice rig you both have. It looks so comfy! The Disco shower lights gave me such a good laugh, who on earth thought of those! I enjoyed this video and the both of you. Enjoy your travels! Much love from across the pond!
@@user-jb7vr2uj4n thank you glad you liked it, it is lovely and cosy, the disco lights are bonkers aren’t they, it’s a French van must be something they like 🤣, thank you for watching. xx
Hi guys some lovely upgrades there - we have a pure water taps in the Motorhome and it’s a godsend !! Love the flashing lights in the shower 😂😂 rave in the shower 😂 safe travels and look forward to more vlogs xxx
Hi great channel we’re did you get your max fan fitted if you don’t mind me asking how much was it fitted do you have the option with the lights thanks Patrick
@@PatrickHewison-Ward Thank you, we had a motorhome tech friend fit it as part of a bigger job so not sure what the cost of fitting that alone was unfortunately, no we didn’t go with the light option as we have a light in the ceiling right next to it. Nice to know your Rapido is still going strong, thanks for watching. 😊
Pre 97 C1 licence you can drive up to 7.5ton, this is only 4.5ton, so no need for a test for pre 97 C1 licence holders, if over 70 though you do have to reapply for the C1 part of the licence. 😊
Thanks enjoyed both videos on the van. Could I suggest a video on how you live in van - how you pick places to stay, water pickup, laundry etc etc.

Is this over the limit for C1 driving licence on a drivers licence pre 97, or did you need to get a test to be able to drive your current vehicle?
