    OMG it so hard... but I stay determined. Thank you, I very wanted to learn Flare! Hell I don`t understand that flare back start, but then IS POWER FLARE😳🥶🤯 and then more more harder ... ye thx for it... I trust I can do it.

    I’ve watched the other flare follow along vid quite a bit so Iam familiar with the movements of the legs n stuff like that but I still learned a few things with this video too!!👍🏽🙂

    This tutorial starts at step 2, step 1 is be strong enough to hold your body wait. Love this tutorial btw

      Thanks! :) in your specific case you can skip the 1st and the 2nd exercise and directly start from the 3rd (03:00) or even 4th one (04:30), so in your case the routine will be even less than 10 minutes :) but feel free to repeat the last exercises a little more/longer

    Way past my prime but I tried to do this so many times in the 90s. But I’m still in good shape so I’m gonna give this a try.

    Really good. But I feel like during the rest you should be doing a butterfly or pancake stretch. :)

    i am confused on step 2 because you never mentioned having to basically do the splits and i cant seem to lift my leg high enough 😅

      you don't need to do splits (I can't do them) :P
      If it's too hard to lift your leg up, you can bend it and it should be much easier, if you still find it too hard, it probably means you need to work on your core, hips flexors and shoulders strength and practice the pancake stretch first :)

    I tried the first step for ten minutes and i was sweating lol. Im gonna work on the first step for 10 minutes for at least a week i think
