What about FTEC? Fidelity IT index ETF with 0.08 expense ratio. Averages 23% annual returns.

12/20/19: Now compare his OGIG with XLK, OGIG underperformed by a wide mark and the XLK is cheaper to own from an expense ratio of .13%. You all got to be careful with these salesmen, and that's what Mr. Wonderful is, a salesman. If you don't believe me, look it up.

Apple makes a good phone but I can't support a phone that doesn't offer 1080p in 2018 on their standard model. Yes you can tell the difference in resolution. Samsung phones look way more crisp.

How did he overlook VGT and FTEC? Both have outperformed his OGIG and other ETFs mentioned.
The VGT alone in terms of YTD and Monthly basis stomp all of those mentioned... I agree I was thinking the same thing when started talking about services which is basically what vgt is comprised of stocks such as cysco, adobe, and oracle... I guess ya gotta take what he says with a grain of salt or not at all.

Same. I only just started investing in VGT and although ALL stocks are down regardless of sector, I have high confidence that in 5-10 years technology will make a huge comeback and we will see massive gains. Technology ALWAYS evolves and gets more sophisticated as time goes on, it's inevitable. Unlike other sectors that may rely more on social politics and lifestyle, technology will always grow for the benefit of mankind
In addition to that, I think Biden needs to gtfo office so capitalism can thrive and new technologies can emerge and prosper
@@shroud4269 Exactly. VGT is a good to be in. Same with XLK which is the Technology Select Sector SPDR. My suggestion though is that while VGT is great, if you want to invest with leverage, invest in TECL like I am which is basically the 3x version of VGT and XLK.

His general advice on investing & saving is good. Specific stocks to buy? You need to remain sceptical, regardless if it's Kevin or another person suggesting to invest.
