Here it is! Not only the long awaited studio tour that I had promised you, but also the last video of 2022!
I promised a behind-the-scenes tour of my baking studio, Baker Street TLV so I hope not to disappoint! This is where myself and Lee'at teach our workshops from, as well as use the space for our own cake orders and my UA-cam tutorials.

Glad to hear that true buttercream continues to be the best choice for cakes and goodies. Have you been to a supermarket where cakes are decorated. I always ask about the butter cream and they respond with yes its butter cream with no butter and arrived in a 5 gallon bucket. Hehe kinda sad.
Haha yes a lot of places use margarine because of kashrut. I'm all for butter!
Great studio! Little advice, that I also was only just told recently: You shouldn't store your mixers like that. The oil in the machine will go in the back and less will be where it's needed. The machine will suffer and become louder and louder the more you use it. So you need to put machine oil in yourself.
