Grabe, I'm so disappointed sa limited Chicken Oil nila. It was actually one of the main features of their restaurant. But now, staff na ang mismong maglalagay ng Chicken oil sa rice mo, sa ibang branch isang beses lang pwede magpalagay.

Walang madaling trabaho pero ang pagiging service crew hindi basta-basta. Lalo na kapag na-assign ka as cashier. Sasauluhin mo ang tamang calling code, tamang code sa POS (monitor) kasi kapag unang araw mo napakaraming "MA'AM PA-VOIDDDD!!!" HAHA! At need mong masaulo 'yun sa 1 week training mo. Mahirap pa kapag nashort ka bawas pa sa sahod mo. 😩 Grabe ka, Jessica!!! Hindi ka napapagod sa trabaho series mo. Good job!

buti malinis noh yung zanitation sa mga pinggan baso very good yun chowking ang dumi eh yung baso pagnilagyan ng drinks me sebo pa tapos yung pinggan me bakas ng pagkain sa halos lahat ng branch na kinainan ko to ha dumi pa ng tray nila yung bilog... sa ramen99 din sa sm kc open yung kitchen nila after hugusan pinapatulo lang...dapat number one talaga me maayos na hugasan imaginin mu araw araw iba iba gumagamit nian...😩
Really commendable how they clear the table separating food debris, wiping clean and disinfecting and using different cloth for different functions and places! I have to try this restaurant next time I visit the country!

Natuwa ako kasi you showed us na talagang grilled ung chicken ni mang inasal! All this time I thought na sa kalan lang sya niluluto or something like electric griller, but no, uling talaga! And then ung dishwashing, it’s all by hand. (I think I will enjoy that one, and bussing.) Wala silang dishwasher machine where minsan may natitira pang food debris sa plates/utensils.

let's all practice, clean as you go. especially when dining in restaurants. lalo na sa mga establishemnts na lagi puno ng tao like mang inasal. it's not only helpful sa mga maglilinis but also sa next customer.

pero sa ch!n4 iba... sa tuwing kumakain sila nilalagay ang kalat sa ilalim ng mesa, mahilig sila sa tissue, the reason why they're doing it para daw meron pang trabaho ang tagalinis kc pag malinis wlang maraming trabaho. Hindi nila nililinis right away ang kalat, every madaling araw subrang linis ng lugar.
if you do that, those cleaners will lose their job since the customers are cleaning their own mess.

I just brought Mang Inasal from PH to UAE din. You can bring your own food container and ask them to put your orders there. I doubled plastic/paper bag and put it straight to my maleta 😅 good job on your Mang Inasal trabaho! Ang galing mo 👏

It’s good to see Jessica experienced the tasks of the crew and it is very challenging especially in peak hours where the customers swarm. I was a Service Crew (I was assigned at Grill Station) here in Paniqui,Tarlac for about 6 months and I will be Management Trainee this coming March.

8:16, Only for the elderly, they bring the food to the table since they are not careful and walking disability. Also when I noticed that in December of 2022 to January of 2023, I eat Mang Inasal every weekdays and instead of calling table number to claim my order, they bring the food to the table because the Mang Inasal staff know us since I am eating every Monday to Friday, so that's interesting and surprising, great job.

The male crew was mad when you dropped the rice bucket cover. He must have been a perfect crew who never makes mistakes even on his first day of work. There will always be people like that. Back in 1987, I was a crew in McDonald's QA. On my first day, an older guy did nothing but shout at us who made a rookie mistake. I hope he became a VP of McDonald's Philippines, he seems to be dedicated as a crew. I didn't do so bad either, I was in the banking and finance industry my whole career.

you should try assembler too.. it’s mooore hard because they are the quality control of the mang inasal in food. specially they handle all the orders and the food that serve in the costumers.
