Lol it's always sold out man. Cool gun I own one myself. You can get that at my store for a cheaper and affordable price of $1150 for new M4 and $750 for used M4
I heard something about snoozing and then loosing years ago.
@@michealbrandenburg6240 I call bullshit on the "new" M4 for $1150. It's a solid $1800-$2000 shotgun. And has been for 20 years.
Plenty of them left online
Man, I love the M4! I was excited for ya watching u shoot!
It's a great gun you've got to try that. You can get that at my store for a cheaper and affordable price of $1150
Just got my Benelli M4 H20 and Beretta 1301 in marine finish and both are tactical versions with 18.5" barrells. Can't wait to do an unboxing video and mount Eotech HWS 512 red dot sights on them. Another great video fellas!!! 👍
They are fantastic guns
@@Iraqveteran8888 yes, they are! Keep up the great work! 👍
Those bear slugs are awesome, but an even more powerful one is good ol' Federal 3" mag slugs. 3109 ft/lbs cranking out of the barrel at 1600 fps. Loved the review! My Benelli is a Mossberg 930 JM with mods, but not as cool as the M4.
Still a cool ass shotgun!
And damn, that energy and velocity...oof.
Great video! 👍🏽 I have an M4 and waiting for my new tube magazine to restore its lost capacity. Great semi-auto shotty. I've fired over/under's, side by side's, Mossberg 500, Rem 890, and so far the M4 is my favorite although over engineered for civilian use.
Why is it over engineered for civilian use ?
@@StevenSmith-pt8rz the Benelli M4 combat shotgun was designed specifically for military combat operations in austere environments, it had to reliably function in the worst environments with minimal cleaning, and use NATO ammo, withstand abuse of being crushed, thrown, dropped, thrust into door frames, striking tool. The frame, barrel, magazine tube, and double piston system were designed for that. Making the weapon heavier/stronger than all previous and current combat shotguns.
over engineered is my second name. No such thing as being too good!
Would love to own an M4 with the full 7rd tube. I own an M2 that holds 11rds with a Nordic extension tube but it has a 26" barrel. I also have a Supernova pump that holds 8rds. Love the Benelli shotguns.
I love my SuperNova Tactical, been wondering if I should go GG&G extension tube or Nordic, thoughts?
I'm a bit envious of those who can get the LE model because I'm pretty sure I can only get the civilian model, bought upgrade kit so at best, its a 7+1 not 8+1 like Eric in the video. ah well...7+1 is still pretty good though.
Now just need to find a gunsmith to help me put the parts together cuz I'm still a greenhorn.
Great video. I’ve been going back and forth between an M4 and Beretta 1301. I have some of those Bernanke rounds. This video convinced me I’m going for an M4. Can’t have a pistol grip and collapsible stock in CA, but the extended tube will be a must. Thank you. I’m off to hunt for one now..
My opinion is the M4 with the non collabsible stock had too long a length of pull. The Berettas are much more to my preference in that regard. Of course your prefemay differ. I'd just recommend checking one out and shouldering it before buying.
There needs to be an aftermarket collapsible stock.
It is just the 3 position buffer tube that you need for the skeleton stock, pretty pricey if you can find them though
@@joshuafernandez6865 besides the overpriced Benelli c stock, there needs to be an aftermarket option that collapses. Atleast not a 1,000 dollars for one!! Sub $400 would be livable.
Man, the m4 is just a 12g cycling mother lover.. a must for any collection.
Definitely a must man you can get that in my store for a cheaper and affordable price of $1150
An Italian classic……
Precise, robust...
that doesn't suffer from the reliability issues of most "classic Italian" designs.
Something big, bold...
@@taylorhickman84 This doesn't apply to Italian shotguns.
i bought a Turrkey-made Charles Daly -- it's pretty much the same gun, only it's FIVE TIMES CHEAPER.
Jesus the summer heat must have been crazy, Eric is sweating so much LOL
I live in St. Clair county Alabama and it’s been literally 60°F the past few nights, until today. It got up to 90° and 95% humidity. The South isn’t usually all that hot, it’s just incredibly humid. Especially this year. It’s been raining a lot more than usual, this time of year.
@@ESPLTD322 Damn that would be hot, over here in Asia it's been hot as hell since July. I mean temperatures above 35 Celsius but just below 40 Celsius.
@@ESPLTD322 you tripping if you say the south is never really that hot try Texas or Florida bro consistently 95 to 110 degrees with 85 percent humidity
@@joshuagregory4757 well this part of the south don’t get that (compared to TX, NM, FL, AZ, and Southern California) bad cause we’re in the Appalachian mountains. It still gets humid though. There’s a huge difference between North AL and North GA and South AL and South GA because of that. And they’re both nearly 400 miles north to south. It doesn’t look that far on a map, but it is.

This and the Spas 12 are my favorite shotguns, beautiful weapons
Spas is an iconic weapon.
Project IGI eh?
Have you done a video comparing the m4 and the mossberg 930 spx?
Absolutely enjoyed the video! Thank for all you do!
let's see the Beretta 1301 next
Man How did you know I was thinking about this blaster for my DD-214 gun. I have seen others get 7 in the tube. I feel like they were not official Benelli parts for the tube they purchased. God Bless America. Great Video.
I finally pulled the trigger. Very happy in every way.
Lucky enough to have a m4 LE/Mil model. Great to see content about it and learn more about it through the new info you provided me. Also great to see it knock stuff down and blow stuff up! More pls.?

Me too!
We have the neutered version in canada, I absolutely love mine. Ppl think I'm nuts but I use it for hunting. The middle position is great for heavy winter gear, the interchangeable chokes for great for changing up loads for different game. I walk bush here for moose and deer and trails for grouse. Being able to carry just this for everything is very convenient. Not to mention it pairs well with my ceramic. 👌
You hunt moose with your m4?

Out of all the shotguns that I've ever owned or handled, my M4 is definitely #1. Expensive, yes. But it was worth it.
Definitely one of my favourite. How much did you get that for?
@@michealbrandenburg6240 $1,900.00

How you hope you're enjoying the M4?
@@michealbrandenburg6240 I got it from a chain store (Gander Mtn. in this case) maybe 10 years ago. I shopped around, and that was about the average price tag then. No idea what they're going for these days.
I do enjoy shooting it still. At least, when I can make the time to get to the range.
Haha man your videos are awesome. “It’s all in the name of science” made me laugh. Thanks for all you do!
I just read that the SLP by FN is "the fastest cycling shotgun on the planet"; capable of dumping 8 rounds in 1 second. Now, whether that's true, or true under a certain set of parameters, or just FN hype, I do not know. But maybe it can be determined which shotgun is the fastest with the help of Jerry Miculek.
The FN SLP 22” barrel is amazing. Smooth recoil impulse
I think the m1 and m2 super 90s cycle faster than the m4 as well. I've had plenty of doubles on geese and triples on ducks. Nothing better than the thump and dead cat bounce of those pesky Canadian geese hitting the deck lol
Beretta 1301 is up there too. I know there's at least one video of 6 shots in 1 second
I have the FN SLP & it does cycle really fast. No problems at all with it either. Great shotgun.
Good luck finding one.
I love my M4 It definitely does the job Thanks for sharing 👍
How did you get that? I have been trying to find the ATI Raven Deluxe Kit as well. My Benelli m4 is 922r compliant. I have the stAndard. 7 rou nd tube. I have been trying to find a collapsible stock or the Raven kit. Any ideas or advice to help me do this? Thanks bud.

Have the SBS version in Germany. It's a nice gun and can fit 7rnds of 2 3/4" Shells (Incl. Ghost Load).
I wonder what’s faster to run the M4 or my Vepr 12?
VEPR 12!!! I own both and if you run 3 1/4 DRAM shells you can definitely outrun the M4 all day plus you can (in free states).run a 25 round drum.
Eric you always do a great showcase of firearms. Love the shotgun showcases. A how far it will kill vid is always epic in my books.
Brought my H2O with your advice! Cheers!
Paul Harrell can shoot a pump action as fast or faster than that Benelli!!
True but most people can not so we rely on technology for a bit of help.
That action seemed so smooth.
it definitely is smooth as butter
I love these videos. Hopefully with ammo coming back we can see more! Thanks, Eric!
I've been looking at these but the price....😬
But with the experiences you've had with firearms, to hear and see that laugh and sigh at 14:30 was a ringing endorsement to keep looking for one!!

Ummmm I’m pretty sure the beneli loads 7 in the tube...both my 1014 and my personal weapon load 7

i believe the Berretta 1301 is the quickest - can’t out run that one. the 1301 is speedy!! But i do not mind the speed with M4, gives you a chance to stay on target better.

A good semi auto with good ammo is more reliable that a pump in a high pressure situation e.g. actually having to shoot someone imo
@@njrtech mechanically yes. But putting 2000 rounds through it without short shucking once under stress? I know i couldn't and i shoot quite a bit
noticed you’ve never reviewed a beretta 1301 tactical. would like to see your opinion on it as well as a comparison against the m4. keep up the great videos!
I think it's over rated, though never shot one admittedly. I've felt one unloaded and it's too heavy for my taste. Not to mention $2,000 is just not worth it. Just spend $650 and get a Mossberg 930 unless you're a real fancy boy.
I’ve had the pleasure of owning one. They are heavier than others yes, but they shoot smooth like butter and the weight mitigates recoil.
