This is a mindblowingly smart transformation. Easily comparable to MMC's Tailgate. Reducing the bulk of the backpack by making part of it the torso is something no one else has thought to do in a Huffer/Pipes design so far, I don't think.
Really loved it hope I can offer some constructive criticism though it might be better to see the final version whenever we get reviews like this just so we know what the tolerances and stuff would be like really awesome for a first review though

This is incredibly amazing, it really shows how far 3D printing can go. Is it all PLA? Do you use pins on the build?
Its mostly PLA. I use TPU for the joints so they dont wear out, and I use pins made of sewing pins or paper clips
