สูตรเค้กที่ทำวันนี้ จะทำเป็นชิฟฟ่อนเค้ก ชิฟฟ่อนวานิลลา ครีมสด เนื้อเค้กนุ่มๆ สูตรเค้กง่ายๆ สามารถทำทานได้เองที่บ้าน สำหรับชิฟฟ่อนสูตรนี้จะใช้ครีมสด หรือบัตเตอร์ครีมก็ได้ แล้วแต่ความชอบเลยค่ะ สำหรับสูตรบัตเตอร์ครีม ดูได้ในลิงค์ด้านล่างนี้นะคะ

90 g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 egg yolks (L)
45 g granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
50 g vegetable oil
60 g milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg whites
60 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar

50 g icing sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Tray size 9 x 12 inch

How to bake
- Bake at 160 Celsius, do not turn on the fan, about 20-25 minutes.

น้ำส่้มสายชู 1/2 ช้อนชา

เกลือหนึ่งหยิบมือ

วิธีอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 160 องศาเซลเซียส ไม่เปิดพัดลม ประมาณ 20-25 นาที

i made this as a dessert for a small dinner party it took a lot of time and it was daunting, but i got it done it wasnt as perfect as the one in the video, but i was very proud with the results and it got rave reviews and i would make it again it was show stopper
