Looks like I'll be getting this one. Thank you Dave for your always honest impressions :)
My pleasure, you're welcome ♥️ Look forward to hearing your impressions.
Mine should be coming tomorrow! Linsoul you rock
Awesomeness , look forward to your impressions ❤
Just recieved these this afternoon and all I can say is wow! Have tried them on my ifi hip dac 2, and the ifi Zen DAC 2. Awesomeness so far. Thank you for your thoughtful reviews.
Awesomeness 👍 Glad you enjoy them. You're welcome for the reviews.
First here. Thank you, it's a nice review. Mine t3plus are in the transit now, expect them to be as good as you described
Hi Dave. Your review helped me choosing the right IEM and this T3+ is indeed what you’ve described. I’ve found iBasso DC05 mates nicely with T3+ (red tip & stock cable). It has great sense of PRaT (Pace, Rhythm, and Timing), yet never too aggressive, with solid imaging. Thank you for the review.
Glad I could help! Glad you enjoy the T3+. Thanks for the impressions.
Thank you for the great review.
…something to think about.
Best of the holidays to you and yours.
Happy Holidays!
My pleasure, you're welcome ♥️
Great detailed and precise review
Thank you 💖
Thank you so much! I'm listening to them right now and they sound amazing! They are much better than my KZ ZS10 Pro and SoundMagic E10S.
Awesomeness 😎 I'm glad you enjoy the T3 Plus. You're welcome ♥️
Thanks. You being really honest. Gonna get it soon. Thanks
My pleasure, you're welcome ♥️ Look forward to hearing your impressions.
right now I'm testing it, they sound incredible.
Awesomeness ❤
Good break down, as usual. 👌🏼🙂
Thank you ♥️
Thanks for the great review. Fan from Malaysia.

@@TheHonestAudiophile Merry Christmas! 🎄
Dan's audio does a sound ear example Sound great.
Very good review!
Thank you ♥️
thanks for the review. I am looking for more sub bass and more mid bass than the Aria gave me so your comment about bass was really helpful. Also it happens these graph almost identically to the Arias throughout the entire bass region, though of course that doesn't really speak toi the quality of the bass, which you mentioned regarding your T3 Plus preference.
My pleasure, you're welcome.
Exactly, graphs don't tell you the whole story.
Hi, I just wanted to come back here to comment again that I did get the t3 plus, and here are my first impressions so far. First of all, these have more volume from my audio interface than my moondrop quarks did. I don't know if the quarks are somehow harder to drive, or if they are just quieter overall. I don't have any kind of dedicated dac or amp, just using the headphone output on a behringer um2 interface. Also, these IEMs taught me something really important about my ears. This is not only the most comfortable IEM that I have used, but it definitively helped me figure out that I need a medium tip for my left ear, and a small tip for my right ear. That will save me a lot of time in the future. As for my first impressions of the sound (because I didn't even get to use the moondrop aria for more than a day), they certainly do not disappoint. Comparing to my super limited experience with the Arias, the bass on the t3 plus isn't quite as tight, but not lacking either. Mid bass *might* have slightly more punch to it, but its really hard to say. The mids, coming directly from moondrop quarks is much more resolving overall. I don't really know how to explain it, everything is just clearer, more natural, and has a bit more body (to my ears). Overall, mids are good, and I don't perceive them as recessed. The treble however is more sparkly on the t3 plus than I remember it being on the Aria. Although while being more sparkly, they still sound controlled and... smooth? This might not be super helpful to those looking to buy this, but I figured I would give quick impressions on these because like I said, I didn't get to give the Arias a chance to its only fair. Overall, they are different from the aria but really competent and I think are just right for $70. Thanks again Dave for all the work you put into your videos, and for putting up with my questions along my strange audio journey lol
Awesomeness 😎 Glad you enjoy them. Thanks for the impressions 👍
My pleasure, you're welcome.
I too realised it sounded best with the JVC spiral dots, im using the M sized JVC EP-FX9. They fit perfectly snug since the bore size compliments it well.
Awesomeness ♥️
I have Jvc spiral dots too. When using them with T2 Plus. It seems to be more open, but a little more congest them those that come with T2 plus. Could be the size? As I have the médium-small and I think may medium will be better. Unfortunately tips are very expensive in Brazil to get many tô Test...
Maybe I try this one.
One thing I want to tell you, I use memory foam in all my IEM, but days ago I started using the CCA CA16 with the silicon tips that came with and CCA CA16 got better... and not only this IEM, but using this tips even in the Tin T2 got better. Maybe I am losing some good stuff using only foam tips. Maybe I need better tips... some IEM not sound good with foam!
I rarely ever use foam tips. I find that IEM usually sound better with silicone tips. Thanks for the thoughts and impressions. I look forward to your impressions of the T3 Plus if you do purchase them.
Buying for its look i love the look and the sound sig is seem what ill like
Awesomeness. Look forward to hearing your impressions.
Been using this for one year now. Rocking it with Moondrop SpringTips and 3rd party TRN T2 16 core cable.
Prefer this over the Aria in terms of fit and comfort over long term of using it.
My Aria got problem after a certain period of usage the right driver volume will get lower compared to the left hence why I prefer T3+ more.
Awesomeness. Glad you enjoy the T3 Plus. Thanks for the impressions.
Excellent take on the T3 Plus, Dave. Thanks for the advice on what source and tips would make it sound optimally better.
Aside the price difference, how would it compare to both the Tanchjim O2 and Hana V2? I saw they graphed similarly.
Sorry haven't heard the O2 or the Hana V2.
Thank you for the kind words and you are welcome for the advice.
I give you thumbs up. IEM, i found a new rabbit hole. Just ordered my first In-ear monitor the Moondrop Aria, because they are much discussed, as a reference to start with. You have to start somewhere.
Glad you enjoy the Moondrop Aria.
@@TheHonestAudiophile I just got my Aria. Unfortunately, I have to say that the left earpiece is much quieter for me. The balance is wrong. I have to reduce the right channel on the computer by 46% so that the right earpiece is as loud as the left one. I'll test things out for a few more days and then send them back straight away.
This all started after a musician friend asked me which in ear monitors he should get. Hours and hours of research later, I now have a new hobby. I suggested he get the Tin T3+ and I got the Lea (after using SE215's like every other musician) just to see if I would like the LCP thing; I did. I ordered the T3+'s for 20% off and use them for videos, music, and live monitoring on stage. Now I'm eyeing the T2+'s for that warm neutral thing and possibly the ZAS just to scratch the musician's itch for more and more drivers (and then discover how pointless the itch is).
Thanks for what you do. I feel you're one of the more objective and thorough reviewers without delving too much into the jargon of the hobby.
Thanks for the kind words, greatly appreciate. Glad you find the reviews helpful.
Look forward to hearing your impressions on your future purchases.
My se215's have that dam hiss. Really disappointed with them :( (no one should buy those, consider your self warned! ) I Can't even use them in my band. Terrible... The Tin T2 should come in soon.
@@jeffparryncc1701 SE215's have an immaculate fit and isolation, I'll give them that. They are truly universal fit. But the treble is peaky and the lows are muddy. The Tin T2's are great if you want really clean and detailed treble; they're very airy. The lows lack oomph, but since musicians are being fed the raw signal before it goes through a low pass filter, it actually works quite well. I love the T2's we have at the church, but the fit really is something to get used to.
@@jeffparryncc1701 For monitoring, if the T2's don't work, check out the Fiio x JadeAudio JH3's; they're cheaper and come with 7 sets of tips (including foams), a nice cable, and a nice case. Also very clear in the treble and open in the low end but the sub bass is actually really nice due to the 13.6mm dynamic.
Edit: They're only $36 on Amazon!
@@austinpalmer8850 Thanks for that :) The Shure se215 does fit great indeed, except for that underlying hiss. It's a bit like having tennitus, it underlies everything. And yes, we tried it other devices other than our Phenyx PTM-10 transmitter. I ordered the Tripowin x HBB Mele also. Thanks Honest Audiophile 🥰
Hey Dave I'm really pleased with your reviews of all the iems u do. I wanted to ask your opinion on how do these compare to the dunu Titan s and currently at around the same price is there any iem that does the job better today. Thank you again for your reviews
Titan S is more neutral leaning, has a more forward mid presentation but less bass and isn't as warm. The Titan S is a little better detailed and resolving.
The Kotori Dauntless is a solid option in similar price point that is a stage monitor but also has a fun side with better details and resolution.
Good Day Dave! Thanks for the great detailed review 👍
is T3+ a huge upgrade over the blon bl-03 ? i know it's twice the price.
If you get a chance, please try to review & compare T3+ with Tripowin X HBB Mele.
Have a wonderful holiday season 🥳
I do think the T3 Plus is an upgrade over the Blon BL03. It has better tone and timbre, better controlled treble. The Mele review is coming soon.
Honest audiophile I seem these today for 58 bucks on amazon bit them I checked for the tripowin olina amd there were 4 left in stock and they had a 5 dollar off coupon so I grabbed a pair!!! Afyer watching lot of videos on ton of iems under 200 bucks or 100 bucks I think these are the ones I've been looking for !!! Or I sure hope they are lol!!! But hopefully ya review those!!!! Take care man and keep the great content coming!!!!
Awesomeness. Sounds like a good deal. Look forward to hearing your impressions.
How would you compare the T3 Plus to a few of your favorites, such as the iBasso IT01 and Jade Audio EA1?
Very thorough and descriptive impressions 👍 I really want one now however I bought the Arias not too long ago. Do you think it's worth buying if I already have the Aria?
Comparison made in review
Bought it at US$65 on discount, at launch. Love it with some after-market NiceHCK cables. At its price point...competition is very limited.
Awesomeness ♥️
@@TheHonestAudiophile Since then, My KZ AZ09 Pro's arrived (US$37), along with a set of QDC(female) to 2-pin (0.78mm, male) adapters ($12), so that I can use these BT5.2/QCC3040, AptxHD-SBC-AAC/CVC/TWS+/Ipx 4 earhooks with the T3+'s. Plenty of power to drive the T3+'s. Sound quality, comfort, connectivity and battery life (6hrs for earhooks, +42hrs with case) make the idea of going back to cables difficult. For me a game changer. Like them so much, bought a second set of the AZ09 Pro's for $26 on AliExpress discount.
I use VLCPlayer with my FLAC library, so I can EQ from the phone via BT without issue.
Cool. Glad you enjoy them.
@@jb678901 android or iOS?
Currently my sub-100 USD IEM favorite! ❤
Good choice! Awesomeness!❤
I own both the T2Plus and T3Plus. I do enjoy the sound signature of the T3Plus more as the T2Plus has some sibilance in the treble region. However, the comfort of the T2Plus is unmatched; I frequently fall asleep with them in ear.
Awesome. Thanks for the impressions. Glad you enjoy both.
How does the sound of these compare with the etymotic ER2XR, which would you recommend?
Thank you for all your honesty in these reviews. Would you be willing to briefly compare to Kato? Are the mids are a bit more fleshed out than the Kato? I am quite disappointed with them because particularly the male vocals are thin and a bit of sibilance in 6-8 khz.
You're welcome for the honesty. Glad you find the reviews helpful.
The Kato is less aggressive in the upper mids and treble. The Kato is better with details and resolution. The Kato has a touch more body and fullness.
Could you please do comparison between famous T2 plus or T3 plus ?
Hello. I have these and like them very much. What do you think is the next logical step up from them, though? TIA!!
how is t3plus compared to the kato? Im really love to know the difference :)
After my bad luck with the arias, I was considering these as an option but I only use the headphone output on my audio interface and I don't have an amp or anything. Its surprising because the more research I do, the more sets I am finding that need more power to drive them even in the budget range.
An amp is recommended for sure. Depends on the interface, it might have enough for the T3 Plus as they're not super hard to drive.
Just got the T3+ from Amazon today …I’ll give them a whirl tonight 🥳
Awesomeness. Look forward to hearing your impressions.
@@TheHonestAudiophile Interesting..a very comfortable build ..and a nice cable 👍
Sonically…take the Moondrop Aria and clip the sub base and the top end sparkle ..and you’ve got this …a very nice and polite iem .
Nothing offensive ..and yes, a warm signature
Bass..is ver very good..not a punchy bass with limited extension into the sub bass ..but you’re not missing much.
Midds ..clean a tad ,recessed but not contaminated by bass bleed ..very nice.
Treble .it’s there ..slightly rolled off ( non fatiguing) .
Female vocals..smooth ..but a little more chestyness ..a tad dryer..but pleasant.
Male vocals ..a tad dry ..clean .
Summation
In two words : inoffensive fun 🥳
Awesomeness. Glad you enjoy them. Thanks for the impressions.

Thank you for such great review . Is it upgrade over TFZ Live 3 or just sidegrade ? TFZ Live 3 have good bass and mids but lacks details.
T3 Plus has better tone, timbre, detail retrieval and resolution then the Live 3.

Hi Dave, nice reviews as always. I'd like to know your opinion about how these T3+ performs compared to the T3; how different are they, and which ones are better. Also I've heard from other users that T3+ sounds very close to Aria; which one do you think is "better" overall in sound quality?

Hey Dave, what dongle do you recommend to pair with these for best sound quality? At the beginning you said a warmer signature made them sound bloated. Just curious on your thoughts on dongle choices. Thanks!
Periodic Audio Rhodium
Hiby FC3
Hiby FC4
These are great earphone at a great price! Question: is it possible to get a cable for this 2-pin connector with a mic + volume control that's iOS compatible?
I have no idea about IOS compatible as I am a Android user and I rare if ever use inline mic cables.
They sound great ''T3 plus''! Agreed on the red eartips. Much more bass and full sounding as enjoy them that way too imho, though have to still try the spiral dots.
Just for whom having a smaller ear size like I have (move the upper end of the iem more outwards, could make them less or non fatiguing for hours at hand). GL HF. Btw Thanks Dude or was it Dave

This is my second iem i have blon bl03 but i want best one for all type of music n movies clear sound with no artifical add on
Also please suggest mini player as i am new to this audiophile world
I am not a IOS or Apple user so I have no experience with dongles in that way. Several Apple users have told me that the Periodic Audio Rhodium works well.
Hi-Res music will work with the T3 Plus.
Sony NW-A105 is a good audio player.
I look forward to hearing your impressions of them.
I have the CCA C12. Would you say that these are an upgrade from the C12's in terms of technicalities?
Yes, the T3 Plus is an improvement in technicalities over the C12.
Could you compare T3 plus vs T2 Plus?
Speaking of JVC spiral dots, is there any differences within the size MS and size M in terms of sound?
Not that I am aware of
Would this be the best iem at it's price category? Compared to aria etc .will be upgrading from kz dq6 and blon bl03! Thanks 😬
Aria compared in the review. I prefer the Kotori Dauntless.

Hi, I have the Moondrop Aria. While the stock tuning does not sound anything special to me, a little EQ can make the Arias sound more natural and smoother and I never listen to them without EQing. But there's only so much you can do with your equalizer on your phone. Do you think the T3 plus is more natural and smoother compared to the stock sound of Aria? Would this be an upgrade in tuning? Also how would both compare against the Fiio FH3?
I do believe that the T3 Plus is more natural and smooth than the Aria. The FH3 is more detailed than the Aria and is more smooth as well.
@@TheHonestAudiophile Thank you so much!
I have the T2 plus, really enjoy it especially after 50+ hour use. For sound, how is T3 plus vs T2 plus, especially for classical and acoustic music? Thanks.
T3 Plus has better defined but more impactful bass, is slightly more forward in the mids and slightly more extended in the treble but isn't as aggressive and has better tone and timbre. I really enjoy the T3 Plus for classical and acoustic music.
@@TheHonestAudiophile thank you!
My pleasure, you're welcome ❤️
These are really amazing......These have very accurate instrument details with clear sounding Bass and clean mids (They are better than the Mele) ......They are power dependent and also tip dependant......I tried them with about over 20+ tip types and the best performance is with YinYoo KBear08 Blue/Yellow...
Awesomeness. I'm glad you enjoy the T3 Plus. Thanks for the impressions.
In your opinion. If I have money only to buy one of them. Aria or T3 Plus. And I like separation of instruments and spatiallity, and voice clarity. Which one you suggest?
T3 Plus
Hai, wanna ask in your own opinion is this iem good for fps gaming ? is the sound good for tracking enemy ? because I’m playing r6 right now and looking for good IEM
I don't play FPS games often, more often play sports and racing games. The T3 Plus is decent for gaming but I prefer the T2 for gaming instead.

hi dave this or the er2se?
and the kotori ?
what your recommendation
tnx:)
Totally different sound experiences, the ER2SE is more analytical and has better detail retrieval but slightly lighter note weight and more treble emphasis. Kotori is just overall better performer in all aspects.
Which dongle pairs well with T3+ ?
I've ve odyssey, is it enough or should I look out for something like tempotec sonata hd pro or hidizs S3 pro ?
Periodic Audio Rhodium
Nextdrive Spectra X
XDuoo Link 2021

Mele or t3+ ?
Mele has more bass impact, and laid-back treble, tone and timbre is similar, detail retrieval and resolution is slightly better on T3 Plus.
You analyze phones... I analyze phone analysts, you're the best in my opinion, I just didn't like that tripowin tc 01 failed, given so many positive reviews about it, I think your unit must have been defective, but regardless of that analysis... I recommend this channel, you are the best analyst, in my opinion, one more member, you should have much more.
Thank you for the kind words and the membership, greatly appreciated ♥️
i don't know if it's the tips or the source, but i found mine to be really bassy, to the point where i'd call them dull. i do like the smooth resin shell though and the isolation is very good.
Tips, music source, gear, music preference, human ear design, so many variables that cause us all to hear differently. I prefer the JVC spiral dots tips.
For me they are also bassy, I am impressed that none of the reviewers perceive them that way 🤷🏻♂️
@@AleDJacobo I find mine very bassy now I've had them few months . Depending on what they are plugged into it can be good bass or not good muddy type of sound ( maybe what bloated means ?)
My 7Hz Zero broke and I'm using it as an excuse to upgrade. Would you recommend the T3 Plus, or the Truthear Hexa- if you've tried them? I listen to mainly J-pop, Jazz, and City Pop. I love being able to feel bass presence, but for long listening I prefer something that doesn't overpower the mids. What do you think I should pick?
Update: I just watched a lot of videos- some of yours, and I think I'm actually going to decide on the Kotori Dauntless
Look forward to hearing your impressions of the Dauntless.

Hi Dave.
I read some articles saying T3+ lacks bass and I also read some saying it is bassier than the Aria.
I am confused. I don't want a harsh treble but I don't want boomy bass either.
Should I go for T3+ or should I consider Aria? (I heard some sound demos in which I found Aria to be a bit harsh, which I didn't like, but I'll still go for it if you say so).
Thanks for your time.
I recommend the T3 Plus. As you have already heard the Aria has some harshness at times.

Both are excellent options. T3 for a little more treble and less bass. T3 Plus for a little more bass and less treble.
@@TheHonestAudiophile hmm. Made my decision easier because I'm looking for really quality treble lately. Especially after my last purchase with the Mele. I've found that I miss it more than I thought after listening to the Mele. So probably the T3 eh. Nice. Thanks for the suggestions.

@@TheHonestAudiophile alright. Great talk. I think the T3 plus might be the one because of technicals. Yeah. T2 is a personal favorite because of technicals too. Technicals and great treble. Thanks.
@@MR.ROBOTVOLTRON awesomeness ♥️ T2 is fantastic value. Look forward to hearing your impressions.
Hi, my tin t3 plus became quieter after a burndown. What is the problem and how can i fix that?
Sorry for your issue I'd contact the vendor you purchased the T3 Plus from with your concern. Or contact Tin Hifi directly.
Hi. Any suggestions for usb dacs for t3+
Periodic Audio Rhodium
Hiby FC3
Help, if you can. I have the T2, love the detail, miss the bass. I have the Mele, love the fun, miss the detail. I am trying to find the Goldilocks around $100. Considering these or the Etymotic ER3XR. I guess I am looking for detail, balance and appropriate bass, if that makes sense. (Not even sure it makes sense to me) I also have the Ananda using the Zen Dac, I love that but looking for more satisfying IEM. Any comments or suggestions, Thank you for the great videos.
PS is that an Andre Reed bobble head I see?
I haven't heard the ER3XR but I own the ER2XR. I highly recommend the Kotori Dauntless and the Tin Hifi T3 Plus. The Dauntless is more analytical leaning, stage monitor and the T3 Plus has a fun tilt to it, less analytical leaning, not stage monitor.
Bobble head is Eric Moulds 😀
@@TheHonestAudiophile thank you
My pleasure, you're welcome ❤️
I hated the way these fit until I put some spinfit tips on them. Now they live on every IEM I own.
Glad you found suitable tips.
Hi Dave, since you loved t3 and so i, i think i will order them. Have you tried Reecho Sg03 to compare to these t3 plus?
Haven't heard the SG03.
I have both. Dont order the t3+ plz.
@@johnbrav9025 How do you think they compare to each other? I have Reecho SG-01 one the way and wondering if T3+ could be my next one, if different enough or better somehow
@@BornIntoThis20 dont buy the tint3+! Plz read first the red /negative/ words on the Head-fi. Especially the newer ones! All negatives are true - from the old reviewers! Imho its a garbage! Not worth ist price.
The reecho03 is not bad but not that clean sounding iem. Tint2 is clearer easily. Deep lows can rumble. Sadly there is annoying higher mid elevation, rarely can hurt your ears. Lower mids bit muffled and not clean. Good stage with some air. Its loud but they need better source and power to shine. Works well with reggie/dub music. Good for the street! (at the lowest price!) With more clarity it would be better.
Tin t3+: big fuzzy stage, lot of highs (treble head level, fake clarity ), average bass quality, muted lower mids. Overpriced. Really dont like it!
Thank you for the review!
Can you recommend it for musicians? I am looking for a "fun" IEM to play with some decent passive isolation. Got the Truthear Hexa, they are nice for mixing but sound too bland when playing
T3 Plus would be okay for musicians but the Kotori Dauntless is a better option for "fun" stage monitoring in my opinionnin a similar price range.
@@TheHonestAudiophile amazing, thank you so much for the super quick reply! Just checking your website and found your tier list, much appreciated!
And actually just watching yout Dauntless review already as we speak :D
My pleasure, you're welcome
@@TheHonestAudiophile just ordered them, let's see how long the shipping to the EU takes, but I'm happy to wait!
Can it be used to master audio ,just some amateur editing ?
No these aren't for editing. I'd use the Etymotic ER2SE or Akoustyx R110 for that purpose.
As a Tin t3 OG lover, could you recommend me a better overall iem?
Moondrop Kato
Sadly the arias and etymotic and t3+ are out of stock in my country. Should i Buy the Tin T2+ or the T3?? I have the zen air dac.
I mainly listen to Hiphop and r&b and sometimes to soft rock. Thankyou
I haven't heard the Zen Air. The T2 Plus has more bass and would probably sound better with your music preference. Personally I would pick the T3 and use JVC spiral dots as I think they're more natural and accurate sounding.
@@TheHonestAudiophile Thankyou sir
My pleasure, you're welcome.
Having the T2 (bad fit tho), is really a big step? or better I wait, Aria would be more my taste but I can buy the T3 plus at 55€... Tripowin has released Leá and it seems that have similar LCP driver hmm
Comparisons made in the review
I have the tin T2 and T3 plus, T3 plus has better vocals (clearer and more natural sounding), Definitely better details, and treble is more refined and clearer, Definitely a step up, But the T2's have such a unique tone and tambre as Dave mentioned, They truly are a gem for their price, I enjoy listening to both and find they complement each other nicely.
Sir does tin t3 plus have a microphone in the cable?
No it doesn't have a inline mic.
@@TheHonestAudiophile thanks for the reply sir. Finally ordered tin t3 plus. Had mele, aria and dauntless in my options. But thest were not available in stock. Hope t3 plus is good🙂
Look forward to hearing your impressions.
Hello Sir. How would you subscribe the difference between the OG T2 and OG T3? I want to decide which one is besser for primarily gaming :)
The T3 has a slim increase in the lower bass regions, that gives just a tad more body and impact. The T3 has a small advantage in mids body but there is a tad more upper mids presence, this can cause a few moments of sibilance on the T3. One of the biggest differences is the treble, the T2 is more extended and has more air but is somewhat brighter, the T3 is a bit more laidback and controlled. Soundstage width is similar but the T2 is a smidge wider. The T3 flexes it muscles with depth and layering as it is a bit more refined. Tone and timbre is exactly the same. Detail retrieval and resolution is another area that the T3 pulls away slightly. None of the differences mentioned are night and day but they do impact the overall sound.
@@TheHonestAudiophile thank you for your detailed answer! Which one would you prefer for tracking opponents?
For gaming I'd use the T2 but I don't play FPS games. I'm more of a race sim and sports player.
Are these enjoyable even without any drivers, straight to PC or phone?
I can use them straight out of my Google PixelBook laptop and they sound great. My phone doesn't have a headphone out so I have to use a dongle. With all that being said, I think they benefit with a dongle like the Periodic Audio Rhodium.
Sir can these tin t3 plus be used without a DAC in a smartphone with Spotify? And do u think this is the best tin T-Series ever?☺️
I can't confirm that they can be used without a dongle in smartphone because my phone doesn't have a 3.5mm output. I do think that the T3 Plus is the best all around Tin Hifi but the T2 is more neutral and analytical.
@@TheHonestAudiophile good to know sir🙂
how does it compare to the kato?
Kato is a significant upgrade to the T3 Plus. The Kato does everything a step above the T3 Plus.
No chance against Kato/Timeless/B2?
T3 Plus is a solid option that I highly recommend for the price. The Kato, Timeless and B2 are the next step up.
Look forward to hearing your impressions of the T3 Plus.
Hi Dave, would you recommend this for harsh musics like Post-Hardcore, Punk Rock, Prog Metal and etc? Or do you have other recommendations?
Sure it would be okay with those genres of music.
@@TheHonestAudiophile Dully noted, thanks for the reply. 🙏
@@hadifelani My pleasure, you're welcome
@@TheHonestAudiophile another question please, is it still ok if I connect this IEM directly to my iPhone or my MacBook? Do I have to ramp up the volume to compensate?
It should be okay. I don't use Apple devices as I am a PC and Android user. You might want to invest in a dongle to enhance the experience. I recommend the Periodic Audio Rhodium and it works with Apple devices from what other users have told me.
Does the t3+ hold the same value now? I can get a set here in my country for $50.
T3+ is a solid option.
@@TheHonestAudiophile Should I extend my budget or is t3+ enough for the price range? Thanks.
You can get better with a larger budget. Moondrop Kato and Tin Hifi P1 Max.
T3 plus or Hidizs ms2 for studio and monitoring..
Sorry haven't heard the Hidizs MS2.I wouldn't use the T3+ for monitoring or studio. If you are looking for that functionality I would look at the Akoustyx R110 or Tin Hifi T2.
Is this a good upgrade from my 7hz zero?
Yes
BEST overall iem do you heard under 400€?
Moondrop Blessing 3
My impression of "basshead" is someone who only cares if there is extremely heavy bass, I'm really not that extreme.
What would you recommend for someone who is "semi- basshead" who also care for natural and overall integrated sound?
Here are a few in varying price points for you to consider:
KBEar TRI Meteor
Kinera Hodur
Fiio Crinacle X FHE Eclipse
SeeAudio Crinacle Yume Midnight
@@TheHonestAudiophile thank you but they are all above 100. Then maybe better to buy Kato and be happy with overall quality.
Sounds like a plan.

Coming soon!
@@TheHonestAudiophile There is a new Tripowin Mele V2 coming......They are called The Olina and will get the Oxygen Drivers !
should i go with these or the MELE?
Mele is more warm, laid back, not as treble emphasis.
For tin t3 plus, what brand of cable do you recommend ??
I don't mind the stock cable but the ThieAudio Smart Cable is nuce: www.linsoul.com/products/thieaudio-smart-cable?_pos=1&_sid=2eebe4cbd&_ss=r
Also the Drop 2 pin cable is good: drop.com/buy/drop-2-pin-iem-cables?referer=FTSS2S

which is better compare on p1 max
P1 Max is significantly better in all facets in comparison to T3 Plus. But the P1 Max needs a powerful source.
tinhifi T3 plus media blitz!
T3 plus or JadeAudio EA1?
T3 Plus is a step above the EA1 in tone, timbre, detail retrieval and resolution.
Almost 100% positive reviews for T3 plus., and after this review I made my mind to buy this , also the price tempted me more
3 days back it's available in our Indian sites, immediately I bought and today I recieved this (now it's out of stock in all sites )

The T3+ are really excellent !
does it require AMP/DAC to shine ?? I have ordered it and intend to use directly using the phone
@@swagathshetty Highly recommend a quality dongle but if your phone has a good headphone output then you should be good to go. I have to use a dongle as my phone doesn't have a headphone out.
Which one would you suggest between dunu titan s vs T3 +? Or aria?
from tin t2 plus to this, will it be a huge upgrade?
Technically the T3 plus are better, but you may still prefer the tuning of the T2, the T2 are more relaxed in the upper mids which leads to less tracks sounding shouty, I have both, and still enjoy to listen to the T2 because the tonality is superb, I'd honestly recommend an upgrade like the timeless or obsidian oh10 from the T2.

P5 is a more refined and defined T3+. Similar in presentation but has better detail retrieval and resolution and slightly wider, deeper stage. The T3+ may have a little edge with tone and timbre being a touch more natural. But overall the P5 is the better performer in most areas.
