Building a Brass and Concrete Darbuka Coffee Table

- Making my version of the Darbuka Coffee Table by Mermelada Estudio. We found it while browsing Pinterest and had to have it, and as usual thought "I got this." Well, turns out it's a lot of work, but yes I do got this.
Made with brass and GFRC concrete.

Really cool project! Even if it required a second go round, using the dome and combining the mold mid-concrete is a clever idea!

I have one from cb2 do you know how to fix the stains?
Thank you! I haven't had to fix any stains myself, so I can say with experience, but I'd imagine it depends on what the stains are. Oil based stains I'd probably try dish soap first. After its removed the best I can I would use a concrete sealer, which should protect it from most

Only 55lbs! It's a little awkward to pick up, need two people to be safe, but that's not too bad for what it is!
How much would you charge to make this? I would love this in my living room the one from Cb2 is on the high end.. where are you located?

Where can I get a dome like that?
I contacted a local plastic shop that makes aquarium and playground parts. They quoted me for my specific dimensions.
