At the current time this video is released, I would like to believe the DrunkDeer to be the second best Rapid Trigger implementation only behind Wooting. It surpasses the Steelseries currently due to the option of per-key setting while Steelseries does not yet offer that, and also has significantly more bugs and ghost-typing incidents. However, do note that I haven't tried the Steelseries Rapid Trigger or new Razer V3 Pro line and this is simply my own educated guess.
Just recently drunk deer have update their driver to allow 0.2-3.8mm actuation points and 0.1-3.6mm rapid trigger both can be adjusted with increment of 0.1mm, they also included low latency mode and a browser base software i think. I would be interested in hearing your opinion on it yifang
check out polar 65, monsgeek m1he, akko hall effect keyboards. they're very new into the rapid trigger scene with no people reviewing them for gaming purposes to test out the rapid trigger and all that good stuff. will be waiting for those reviews to come out in the near future!
Prolly the only creator I have seen that actually plays valo review this exact keyboard + I love the comparison you gave between the Drunkdeer and Wooting, made it easier for me to know whether or not I should pickup this keyboard W review
Certainly an interesting product. I'd say it has adequate features for it's price point, it is missing some of the polish and it doesn't seem to have an analog option for movement. The A75 is 130$+2-5 day wait vs 300$ 15-30 day wait for getting ahold of a wooting. Considering it is nearly 1/3rd the price and more accessible it is a valid option for people who maybe aren't ready to drop 300$ on a keyboard. I'd compare it to audio gear, I run a dt990 pro with a creative X4, XLR Maono condenser. But most people will settle on something like a Corsair HS55 because it does enough for them. And that's the way I feel about this keyboard from this video. It does enough. It's a product you'd recommend to someone looking for something a bit more decent, but also not an enthusiast.
To anyone who wants to get a drunkdeer i can only vouch for yall! The performance of my g60 is crazy. And also the typing experience is top notch imo. For sure its not a keychron or some crazy custom board that is like heaven to type on but its really good! Feel free to ask!
No longer have the keyboard on me to try this again but always great to see more improvements! Perhaps it really is nearing Wooting levels of performance? 🤭
I’ve waited almost 12 months for Wooting to release a 75 or TKL. Just purchased DrunkDeer a75 until they release the Wooting TKL or 75. Who knows, maybe I won’t get Wooting after all.
Nothing game changing. I have both the wooting and Druckard. For you guys who like to tinker and crappy software with price, Drunkard and possible quality issues Drukard all the way.Want out of the box perfection and great software Wooting with proven quality is astounding.Drunkard quality remains to be seen. Great advice here for adjusting the Drunkard.

@@baocow197 It'll just be closer in performance to Wooting but still not exactly the same. Negligible difference though...

Thanks king.
Great video. Answered by most important questions, underrated!
Glad it helped!
that RJN reference😂 good review might jump on that magnetic switch hype train with the more affordable g65 kit
All the new magnetic releases which aren't wooting have the same internals so grab whatever has the price/build you want!
$95 barebones 🎉 - excellent deal. Love it.
And they changed the acuation point and rapid trigger point!!
They changed to?

Not sure, haven't tried.
I know this an older video but I’ve heard DD updated the sensitivity to .1mm or I believe at least .2.

comparing what you get for the price .... DD is absolute banger ... 0.4 mm and 0.1 mm is almost no difference from practical point of view ...
