But while drinking my cappuccino a bee stung me and caused me pain. I do not consider pain to be a benefit so it means that the Quran is wrong and your Allah does not understand bees. And since I had honey (from a bee!) in my cappuccino it means that my cappuccino was compromised and full of contradictions. And also, the same surah says that this book (the Quran) is sent to explain all things, but since it does not explain my cappuccino it again means that I found another error in the Quran! So, I am not paying.
Waiter: Sir, can you please pay.
terry: Haha, 10 seconds, wait wait, haha, ok wait 20 seconds.....ok just give me 25 seconds:
Waiter: Sir please...just pay.
terry: Haha, ok 13 seconds. I will not pay for three cappuccinos because there is only ONE cappuccino. Listen to me carefully, the three cappuccinos are one. You need to look at the essence, You have the milk, the coffee and the foam. Why would we pay three times for the same essence of the milk, the same foam and the same coffee when they have the same essence. Come on! Where is your logic?
Waiter: Sir, for the love of God, you had three cappuccinos, please pay for the three cappuccinos.
terry: No, you fail to understand the essence of the cappuccino. Yes I had three cappuccinos, but I only had one essence of each part. One Milk + One coffee + One foam equals one cappuccino. So therefore...I will not pay. And also, my friend rob was attacked by a Muslim bee for crying out loud. We should be suing the Quran instead of paying for Cappuccinos!
Waiter to John: Sir can you please pay for your cappu.....oh never mind. You don't support cappuccinos as black and white should not mix. Sorry about that sir. Have a good day.
Manager Hamza enters: No no..... no, no no. What are you on about. What are you waffeling? You guys will not only pay for the cappuccinos but you will also pay for the McWaffles! Now shut up and pay!

Brother Imran: So, basically the processes of digestion would include six activities: These being ingestion, propulsion, mechanical or physical digestion, chemical digestion, absorption, and defecation. The first of these processes, ingestion, refers to the entry of food or in this case cappuccinos into the alimentary canal through the mouth. Now the question is, how can frank prove, step by step, that all these processes were not initiated, or at least some of them at the minimum, in order to come to the conclusion that no cappuccino was consumed and therefore processed by him? I do not think he can.

Leaving aside the knowledge and the education, brother Uthman with all due respect is one hell of a guy.
Hes like one of the most well rounded dawah guy ma sha Allah.
@@TravelBandit I agree. But I must say that in my knowledge, brothers Hamza and Ijaz dont have masters degrees in theological streams. But these guys are also pretty awe striking. Ijaz is like an encyclopaedia, and his scholarship of the Bible, and the Qur'an in terms of textual criticism and other types of criticism is kind of amazing to me.

I recall being non-muslim. If I called into this stream as a non-muslim and was treated like the Nigerian brother, Madrid, I would have been turned off. I love these streams but sometimes people are treated harshly and people’s sincerity is questioned. I think the brothers need to review their approach. May Allah forgive our mistakes, accept our good deeds and guide those seeking the truth.

I hope the brother comes back again and things are clarified. I hope he knows that they weren't trying to laugh at him with the intent to disrespect but were laughing at what he was saying because they all thought he was joking. If they wanted to mock him, the panelists wouldn't have answered his questions.
Still if there is any ill-feeling then I'm sure the panelists and the people of the chat would not feel any hesitation in clarifying and apologising.
@@sherlockgnomes8971 It is forbidden to mock other people's deities in our religion solely for the reason that it may drive them to commit blasphemy out of anger and you will be complicit and therefore in trouble as well. When they do it on their own accord, they only have themselves to blame when it comes back to haunt them forever. May Allah ﷻ protect us. I realise there are people today who wholeheartedly believe this unlike greek mythology. The stories and concepts are hard to get around and are clearly misconceptions created to steer them away from the right way but if we start off on the wrong foot then it won't exactly help or get anywhere. It does place some of the Hindus in a hypocritical position because they have been mocking us with the filthiest of jokes for centuries and are currently crossing all bounds to oppress the innocent men, women and children amongst them, when what they themselves adhere to does not give them the mouth to talk imho. They are open about it too. Still, doesn't mean we drop to their level.
Also brothers in the panel were simply stating what they believe and asking if they adhered to this. They weren't changing any facts. Could they have contained their astonishment so as to not be misrepresented. Maybe. They're human. Insha'Allah they're more careful in the future

He Quoted hadith to show what Farooq said was false actually. So you have to believ that which you quote to show someone is wrong about what is said in a book?
Alhamdulillah, to have all my favorite scholars on one page is amazing.
There’s potentially only one Islamic scholar on the panel - The Sheikh. The rest polemists and philosophers.
To all the people saying sheikh is rushing people into shahada and it's wrong.......do you honestly think all the people at the time of Prophet Muhammad PBUH fully understood the Qu'ran? or children/teenagers? The most important point is the recognition of One true god (Allah) and that Prophet Muhammad PBUH is his messenger. How is there anything wrong with someone taking the shahada if they don't have all the knowledge? If someone reaches that conclusion rationally , that's good enough.....
What about example of the older prophets? They came to conclusion of 1 true God by rejecting the other religions/traditions. That was good enough for them to be Muslims.
There are many muslims that have no clue about seerah of the Prophet or have read the qu'ran. They just believe the same as this Tristan guy , and then practice the 5 pillars. Are they not muslim? ofcourse they are.
_Rushing people into Shahadah after they accept Allāh is One and his final Messenger is Muhammad ﷺ; is the right thing to do since no one knows when they will die so taking Shahadah grants one security._
@@muhammadaaus105 Yes exactly. And sometimes people hesitate because they don't know what the right time to take shahada is. If you have accepted that there is only 1 true God and Muhammad PBUH is his messenger, there is no reason not to take shahada.
I forget the exact hadith, but there was sick girl dying in bed and prophet Muhammad PBUH went to her house and asked her to say the shahada, while her father was also present there. The girl took her shahada and prophet Muhammad PBUH came out of the house and said something like "she is saved from the hellfire".
I may be wrong but the hadith was something like that. if anyone has the reference or exact hadith, please comment. thanks

@@tarequeali That was not by lay Muslims and he was the Pharoh of this Ummah who witnessed the presence of the Messenger ﷺ and knew the Prophet ﷺ was telling the truth but gave preference to his lineage and tribal affiliation instead of God. He was known as Abul Hakam ( The wise one amongst his people) but since he was brutally torturing people and forcing misguidance upon them despite knowing the truth, he earned the title Abu jahl.
The Messenger ﷺ still forbade the Muslims from calling him that infront of his son who accepted Islam way way later after Fath Makkah.

Abu Jhahil was named by the Prophet (pbuh) because of his total ignorance + it's the total opposite of his name "Abu Al-Hakam" (the most one with wisdom and knowledge). I know it's the arena, but we can through those disbelievers with all truth and wisdom in their faces without giving a single disrespectful nickname. I think the Nigerian guy was being sincere and it was kind of disappointing to see some brothers laughing and mocking him. I'm glad the brother with the Salam hat took time to explain what he meant. You're on a public platform and mocking and laughing at people can rub people the wrong way. There is clearly a language barrier. Imagine having to explain yourself in a language that you're not fluent in and then having people repeating and laughing at the mistakes you make.

Time is a construct of Allah, he created our existence, we are within these constraints of time. Allah(swt) is outside of these constraints, he has full knowledge of everything. Literally everything. That means each time 1 cell in the body dies he has knowledge of it and Allah knows what our eyes cannot see. You see Allah would have to know the future, or he wouldn't be God but he doesn't just know the future, he has prepared our future. Our choices are ours in real time but he has full knowledge of what came, the present and where we are going because if he didn't then he wouldn't be all powerful. This claim is also brought to life because of the pin point accuracy of the prophesies. There is literally no question Islam is the truth.

The Nigerian bro was sincere. It seemed at first that he was probably trolling everyone but later it was clear that he had Internet issue and was lagging. Also, it's a language barrier and communication gap. When he finished asking his question and made his intention clear, hamza should have apologised to the brother for laughing at him. Ijaz should have done the same. Others were respectful and restrained themselves.
They did clarify at the end. It was hard to figure out if the guy uses "can you hear me?" as a catch phrase or was he trolling or were there internet issues. They weren't mocking the guy himself, if they would've they wouldn't have answered his questions so clearly. I hope the brother comes on again so things are cleared up.
Was disappointed with John the Anti Dawah guy. That guy Klien from African part of the Nigeria asking for Islam and Quran to be easier for general public - what's easy or difficult depends on the person. My younger daughter is very good at Math while my older daughter has a hard time with it. Second, if worldly subjects like Physics, Math etc can be as complex as they are, what makes him think the subject that deals with this world and the next should be simpler?
