My KYC was done successfully month back and app was working for nearly a month. It has stopped syncing a week back. Customer care IRA department says software has to be reset but dealers are not properly guided to do this. Now they have assured of online support do this to dealers. Have to see what happens..

You can operate app function of your car from any corner of India. Eg. You are in Pune ( mobile app) and your car is in Delhi you can perform the all task.
If you have nexon EV then you can turn on AC/car etc from anywhere in india. It's so cool feature!!!

Sir, meri nexon xz+ start nahi ho rahi h, lock unlock bhi function nhi kr rha h aur steering bhi lock h. Red Light bhi blink nhi kr hi h dashboard mein. Plz tell any solution for this.

Bro it works online, there is no limit to the distance. You can control from anywhere in the world. But your car needs to be in good network coverage area.

I am not able to login to IRA app using my iPhone… My KYC is done… I tried taking help from Tata representatives but that also dint helped…if you can make full video for how to install IRA using iPhone that would a Gr8 help.

After one week post KYC and eSIM activation, Tata motors ira support said contact your dealer and reset the device. Dealer just said take it to their service center

this is internet based apps bro.if u r in mumbai n ur car is in delhi then still u can switch on ur car via app.there is no limitation of distance only u should be in network.this is my understanding correct me if i m wrong.

@@tandonraghav so first they told to uninstall app.. Keep vehicle on for 20 minutes.. Switch on and off all vehicle functions.. Then install app again.. Keep vehicle on for 10 more minutes.. Then it might start to sync.. I did it 3 times.. No success..

@@tandonraghav second time they called and said that esim in the car has bsnl network.. So it might not work when your area doesn't have bsnl signal
