1. The iRA app needs 'good network connectivity' to execute commands. Like if the car is parked in underground parking (like in my case) you cannot turn-on lights or horn. Most of the malls have underground parking. If you forgot where you parked your car and try to locate it with the iRA app, it just won't work. You will have to depend on your smart key. 2. It takes lot of time to execute any command, almost 30-40 secs, which is a big set-back. 3. Once, I had opened the boot with request sensor as I had the key with me.. The app gave me an 'intrusion alert' notification and it started the warning lights and the horn. 4. If the time-fencing/geo-fencing is turned on, and if you yourself drive the car over the set limit, it will start giving you alert notification. 5. Also, the iRA box is installed very badly under the passenger seat. The main carpet flooring is cut and put on the box to cover it, which also leaves couple of wires exposed. It feels bad to see a top-model with such unfinished details.

Don't understand why TATA connected car app is so expensive then competitors... All are giving subscription complementary for initial 3 years while TATA is offering for 1 year only... also renewal is too expensive... 1 year subscription is higher then 3 years subscription of some competitors...
The SOS sms does not have sender's name. What a bummer. If five people register me in their emergency contact, how am I supposed to know who needs my help. This is common sense Tata Motors.
This features comes only in the optional model.....other top model without connect car features is XZ plus S.... Optional is 30k expensive than it... And it also has features like car's live location in case it is theft and valet mode too...I am getting my XZ plus optional model tomorrow....
