The new doors are so that the loading scenes work so that since the doors automatically shut it’ll know that the rooms closed off and they can despwan all the stuff in that room to prevent lag

Yea the campaign is cool and all but mods are the life force of their game and they know it. Skyrim has never done that. GTA had never done that.

Also something yoy missed about the gacha pon machine. It also allows you to get custom gachas from custon mods, unlike in patch 3 where you couldnt. now you can
the reason this update feels small and broke all the mods is because they didn't just update the sdk, they completely overhauled it. this means that modders will have way more tools to make mods.
I have a problem with the crouching not being low enough You get stuck on so many things Also apparently the arm movement depends on the chest since when I jumped and constrained my chest my arms moved around all weirdly The arm ik is a pain and limits movement Also also as I remember when you go downwards your feet float in place instead of going down I don’t know why There’s still an issue of the hand taking too long to adjust before gripping And sometimes when you throw something with the same exact movement either it flies off your hand or moves as normal Also also also when you try to grab a pistol from the pistol holster you get your back instead The holsters are broken And also other 1000 problems this patch has Thank you for talking about the bad climbing though Also actually no the mod thing isn’t that good Either you download everything or delete everything there is no in between Also I think they should allow you to search up in the spawn menu what item you want to spawn
Bonelab is more of a sandbox type game while Boneworks is a better level based campaign (for new players get Boneworks then get Bonelab If you like the sandbox and want mods)
There’s a lot, for one bonelab is a lot more modable, and boneworks has a lot better campaign, plus an entirely different campaign and boneworks doesn’t have different avatars and isn’t on quest standalone, and I haven’t played boneworks so there’s probably a lot more I’m missing, but I would recommend bonelab if you want mods
My complaints: - I slide off the platform i climbed on for no reason - I feel weaker when using fists - I wish the Spawn Menu had a searchbar (if possible) - Either ford will be near immortal or one shot for some reason (Not actual complaints, i dont really care actually. 10/10 update)
It was an actual patch note that said that they made the avatars weaker when punching and stuff to make you feel more grounded. You’d know if you played boneworks that the bonelab avatars were Op as hell

Josalt i know I’m a small channel so you probably won’t care but I’m planning on doing a series with multiple UA-camrs big and small(small because I think we’re the only ones who would).This wouldn’t be fusion but it would consist of multiple UA-camrs fighting against monogon.If this interests you if not I know you’re a big UA-camr and your busy with other projects.
0:57 actually in bonelab your body that you can see is not real , there is an invisible physics rig that interacts with the world and it looks like this
3:40 if the menu was massive it would be clipping into the ground, and if they applied a shader to fix that it would not look like the menu is actually in the game, some things are better left alone, also photos would not look nice and would make modding more time consuming
All they to do to solve the legs getting in the way of climbing is to be able to fling yourself up like in zero caliber. In zero calibrr if you're hanging onto a ledge and you fling your joystick down it lainches you up rither onto the ledge or makes you fly above it and land on it and honestly the climbing mechsnic in Zero caliber is 1000 x's better than Bonelab. I mean honestly it'd be nice if you could climb all surfaces like in zero caliber but at least being able to hang onto anything with a ledge is fine I guess cause its more realistic. But it is REALLY FUN being able to hang from the ceiling in Zero caliber.
Hey I had the same issue in the vd streamer app change the xr runtime to steam vr or automatic then you arms will nolonger be in your knees hope this helps!
I swear Boneworks was so much better when it came to climbing. I get that the legs snapping to whatever surface is supposed to be more realistic, but it just ends up getting in the way, especially when climbing railings, as your legs just don't know where to go.
oh my lord the wrist movement restrictions feel very unrealistic at times (especially with pistols and melee weapons), i really hope that they tone it back a bit next patch. if im able to move my wrist a certain way in real life, then i should be able to move it the same way in the game as well. also not a big fan of the new doors, it isnt as fun holding your hands right where the buttons are instead of just barging through the door however you want
was in the beta and changing to this i noticed absolutely fuck all different the game is still shit they need to make the spawn gun have atleast images, ideally 3d previews they need to add like 3x levels which arent just a fucking tech demo tutorial they outta improve the modio downloader. maybe an optional hud element that displays "1/300 mods downloading... 10/100mb", because right now idk if im allowed to press 'download all' then play on some maps etc, or if the wanks expect me to press the download all button and sit in the main menu in vr with the headset for 30 mins
The community is so mad to the developers, they say everything that gets added is bad, they only focus on the bad stuff, for example: when they launched boneworks, the community said duck season was better, same with bonelab, every update is so hated, if you go on an update review you will find people saying the update is bad, i hope community gets better
I love your content but I think the climbing issues are a major skill issue, climbing feels 1000% better for me and other people (they changed the way mantling activates so maybe that’s why, now you have to walk forward and when your legs get crouched you let go)

@@historictick8179 No. They mostly the same , but bonelab physics rig changes when you switching between avatar and new rig has physical feet.

i think the spawn gun screen being to large would completely obscure your vision and not letting you see where your places objects
i wish they would add code mod support to the sdk so they don't break after every update
