This is really helpful in educating the mass, especially yung older generation na fixated sa idea that owning is always better than renting in all cases.

best siguro if your a GenZ or Millenial na walang balak mag family, I would agree on this statement, but if you have family na, and want to retire soon, I guess you have to look for another option.. renting kasi is exhausting, there is a posibility na gamitin na ng landlord yung space, or walang parking, and may tenants or neighbors ka na balasubas or balahura.
That quote applies both ways. Experts say rent if you only plan to stay in a city for a short time. I bought a condo in Canada with plans to stay for only three years. I didn't like Canada so I decided to leave after nine months. I sold my condo and left Canada with a net 32% profit plus the rent and break lease penalty that I didn't have to pay. So I'm glad I didn't listen to Property Experts.
I'm glad my husband didn't listen to anyone but me when we bought our townhouse 12 yrs ago. I worked at LandBank in the Philippines before but I'm not an investment expert. I will say, I just used my common sense when I explained to my husband why buying a house was the right route for us. Our rent goes up every year and we are only allowed 1 covered paid parking garage. Not to mention we live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Our house in WA was our best investment. We sold it last year, moved and bought a new house in SC with the proceeds. (BTW, our rent was the same as our mortgage).
The title of this video should be WHY RENTING CONDO UNIT IS BETTER THAN OWNING IN 2023? Of course, renting is way better if it's a condo unit. Besides, a condo unit is ideal for singles who need a temporary place because of work or business. But for those people who settle their own families, having their own house is more practical. I suggest doing the following three simple steps to own a house: 1) Save some money (avoid loan if possible) 2) Buy a lot 3) build your own house.
I just learned about your channel. And honestly, this is one of the most informative and helpful property channels in YT. Not sure if you already discussed, but what are your thoughts about buying a property to rent out, and not for me to live in? Bought my first property when I was 26 years old, and I really wish I bought more for investment.
Hi Chris, thanks for the informative videos! 😊 Suggest to create content if owners with 20 to 30 years loan wanted to reduce their term? Lets say for example they have extra money, can they easily pay it to the bank or are there right timings or terms and conditions? Thank you 🙂
Kuya Chris, how about sa mga millenials na napaglipasan na ng opportunities at nahuli sa pangarap na magkabahay? I understand po na renting makes sense before buying property kasi may time pa po sila na magmag-ipon. :( what are your thought po?
Yes, I think better mag ipon for now dahil mataas pa ang interest rates. Mostly ang mabibili mo lang is pre-selling, which is hindi mo rin malilipatan. For now renting is a practical option.
I'm an OFW kya hindi pko nkatira sa Pinas but i bought a house n lot. My plan is to rent it out habang wala pko sa country. Then pag mag settle nko sa Pinas, either will resell it or make it my retirement home.
Is this video for land lords? for me owning is great to have, however, if you want to sit back and relax, I would buy a condo and ipa rent.. sana may video for that na mag guguide sa mga tulad kong gulong gulo.

Thanks it help a lot to decide🎉🎉more power
Good points, and good comparison. At the end of the day, choose what's best for you pa rin. And, there is no tax in renting.

Thank you! Buying a property to rent out is all good as long as you okay ang rental yield, mataas appreciation sa area and there's a tenant demand.:)
@@ChrisSuarezRealEstatethank you. Good to know.
thank you again sir cris
You're welcome
agree.. Aside sa 1.5m lot worth naka gasto pa ako ng 400k :/
Sulit talaga videos mo sir
A3 or A4 pwede na?

Super valuable, sir Chris. Keep doing what you're doing, bro! :)
Thank you, will do!
As a Landlord I strongly recommend that everyone rents
Yes, always read the fine print
