    Yey!. someone who can teach real estate math that every Filipino real estate investor should know. Like what Chris said, do not buy based on gut feeling, or using one or two metrics. Investing is all about math, use many metrics as you can and see if the result make sense - no magic. Keep up sir.

    Favorite real estate channel in Ph very informative content and straight to the point. Nag-iisang real estate channel na pinapanood ko sa Pinas so far.

    Sir Chris, what if naman kung nagbago ang cash flow on the 2nd, 3rd, 4rth and 5th year, for sure mataas pa din ang Future Cash Flow kase po dba tumataas din naman ang RENTAL YIELD? What do you think po? Please enlighten me.
