Btw, one of the new features in Surge 2 is that some enemies have attachments on their armor. If you aim to a piece of armor with attachment, it shows red shield icon. Spark cultists you fought have some drug dispenser on their armor, they usually huff their "blue spark" during fight to enter enraged state. If you damage piece of armor with attachment, it will prevent enemy from using that.
oh so thats what that was.. i noticed the red health inside the armor parts but wasnt sure what it meant :D thanks
The type 4 authority and its variants were my favorite weapons in my first play-through, never got old swinging a home run with body parts 😂
If I remember correctly you need to comb the entire game to get all the lore about "Warren-sounding guy", but it's well worth it.

It's been a good minute since I played this game, but something I do remember is that parrying is actually super useful, arguably necessary, towards the later stages of the game, so you should probably get practicing.

@@ruikiri To be fair, there are armors and implants and stuff that benefit parrying. Off the top of my head, the Nano Ward armor set both reduces blocking stamina and adds an explosive effect to your parries.
Also, I forget the name of the set, but you should farm that big, red, spark, cultist armor. It’s good for when you’re supposed to toxic gasses makes you stronger.

You can use the starfish drone to stun enemies
the starfish doesnt use any ammo does it?
@@ruikiri it’s infinite ammo. You just have to wait for it to reload.
Yeah, it means you convert higher quality parts into the lesser part you need
is there any penalty or something for it? because it said mk3 -1 xb and im not sure what the minus one represents

@ruikiri that simply showed that you would expend 1 MK3 resource in order to convert it into... 3? MK2 resources
