This is the right way!! play the first piece octave lower!! No one would to hear a musician struggling with the intonation issue! And viola sings much more better on the lower diapason!!
@@karlwinkler66 the c string can be (depending on the string type and the viola) harder to tune with the pegs because of the strength of the string and also get out of tune faster so sometimes it makes sense to use a fine tuner there
It's strange but can be useful because it's only one swap of the finger to change the page. Yuja Wang used a tablet when she played the piano concerto for left hand by Ravel.
Absolutely gorgeous performance of this music by the most romantic, and most tragic, of composers.
Absolutely fantastic..we are so blessed to hear and watch him performing.
The most talented musician..my absolute favorite..David Link
You don't even know how proud I am.

talentoso violista que obtiene un hermoso sonido de un instrumento excelente ¿hecho por un lutier italiano?
Gaspar da Salo.
Hmmm. What happened to the 16th notes in the last movement? They are not existing at all. 😆
Incredible performance! but why does he have a fine tuner on the C string?
I noticed that as well - Zuckerman does that, too. Maybe they are onto something?

Did anybody else notice the tablet on the piano? wtf hahahaha (awesome performance though)
Henle has an app, I think that's the case here too
