The software reminds me of Synology chat Rebecca. If you have your own Synology Network Attached Storage (NAS) device, you can store all the files locally and communicate with staff / clients including file uploads for free- because you host the files and software yourself. Its very similar to what you show in this video.
Im still learning and find your videos helpful. Working my way through AAT level 2
