Nah..it would've been better because of the nuclear threats. So in the end, I'm fine with usa losing an American-Soviet dance off competition.
Though, the soviet union would've still collapsed as it ended up being a financial battle and hate to break it to the radical socialists and commies from the US, capitalism with a bit of social programs will always reign Supreme over radical socialist/communist backbone. Venezuela is the latest tragedy.

Really cool symbolism there, and then two soldiers of different types of army start dancing together at the end, symbolising friendship between the two groups, very heart warming!

My grandfather had high Soviet military rank, he was very talented in many languages, music, technology, engineering, and was an overall wholesome and sweet man. He never told me much about what he did, and I’m sure it’s because they swore him to secrets, but he always spoke kindly on his friends in the military. One man who he knew could dance a lot like this, though being old now like my grandfather he couldn’t anymore, but the stories about it were always nice. I met him once and he was a very witty person, I wonder if he ever got to dance for videos like this hearing how good he was. Sorry for bad grammar, English isn’t my first language.

This is a shining example of the fact that the Soviet Army was one of the greatest ever, because instead of shunning Musicians, artists, and the intellectual, they encouraged them! Soviet Soldiers weren't mindless goons stripped of their identity and individuality like US Marines and the like, having had their spirits broken by abusive commanding officers, and meaningless, empty rhetoric, barked at them day in and day out until they become a killing machine. Soviet Soldiers had political training, because after all - A soldier without ideology is a potential criminal - and their superiors were their comrades first, and their commanders second. Soviet Soldiers fought because they loved!
Evil returns as evil, but when it comes to love ~ souls mate eternal. It will all come back to us my friends, and the meek shall inherit the Earth!
