Erin really put the pedal down on Molly. What a dominant woman. Molly has such drive and grit, for Erin to do what she did says a lot about her as a fighter, props and respect to her. Can't wait to see her fight again.

This kid's understanding of half guard positions and body control is impressive but has to be consistent from now on. Not seen much of that except for Kayla, Weili, Ronda, Valentina and Tatiana doing it at that level...
She has been training Jiujitsu since 7 years old and started competing kickboxing and grappling since 9 years old. She maybe young but has 16 years old of experience. Future champ material right there.

I know McCann was a hype job, but still that level of domination by Blanchfield was impressive. The transitions from takedown to crucifix to kimura to the second kimura were slick. She's a split decision loss away from undefeated and that one split decision loss was back when she was only 19 years old. In a year or so this young woman might give Valentina a serious problem. The UFC has a potential superstar here. Hopefully they start promoting her accordingly.
I wouldn't count on that. The Bullet is the Champ for a reason, and she's constantly getting more and more dangerous.
@@Chino56751 I said the same thing over and over. I'm a Huge Valentina fan, Erin has at least a handful of fights before she gets to the top. She is 23 trains all the time and only getting better, Erin can will be the champ one day.

This chick was so composed in her fight, it was scary. She was always thinking in there, always aware of her positioning, how to keep the position, blocking escape routes, setting up her opponents movements INTO another favorable position for her. Just wow.

Just about any interview with him makes my cheeks hurt because you his constant smile is so damn infectious. It is the covid 19 of smiles and positivity. Mmm maybe that's not the best compliment.. Her other performances were nowhere near as dominant as her last one. I think that says more about Molly's lack of skill than Erin's superhuman abilities. It's good she's taking it slow and steady. Can she beat Valentina? Depends if she beats everyone else, tbh, and no one knows whether she can yet.
And new will just be a fantasy to her as long as THE GOAT....THE REAL GOAT decides to reign. Just a fantasy for ALL of them.

This one here future champ. Completely dismantled a very tough opponent. Did it with composure, when Molly got all the attention at weigh in was obvious what she said “ this is your hometown but I’m getting all the cheers. She blew it off and said something like don’t mean nothing. She serene killer. Instant huge fan like everything about her. Pure MMA new gen phenom type. Very intelligent.
Dear Friends, I read some comments here that relate her to a possible challenger for the title, so let's take it easy, because: 1st) The athletes she took none have the pedigree of the top5 in the category today; 2nd) Let's remember that Molly is good at striking, but easily knocked down as we saw against Taila Santos, Lara Procópio and Gillian Robertson; 3rd) Erin had a hard time standing up when she was thwarted in her takedown attempts against J.J.Aldrich; 4th) Erin probably doesn't have the agility to dodge the quick blows that Valentina delivers; 5th) Erin doesn't have a body frame like Santos, who is probably a 135 lbs fighting at 125, to face Valentina in the hand-to-hand fight; And finally, we will only know what Erin is made of, as soon as she progresses against greater challenges in the category, because so far her game has been matched against all that she has faced so far.
The fight between Erin and Santos should be the card’s headliner…this is going to be a big test for Erin against a world class fighter…

I have to admit, I watch a lot of UFC, but not too many women’s fights. I wanted to see this fight because I had seen Molly before and wasn’t sure why she was an underdog this time. And I was so freaking impressed with Erin, oh my God! I will make it a point to watch each of her future fights, this girl’s got a lot of talent! And for 24 years of age, her skills are very ripe. If she doesn’t lose her way somehow, she will surely become champion one day.

Not to sure about this, maybe for a much needed payday,but it would be a ground fight for sure, that Diez can dominate easily, but not at the long range stand up so well, is just my opinion.
