Sadly she has reached her limit. Can handle and compete against certain fighters of the ufc roster but when it comes to the top tier level she has some skills that are simply lacking and there is no shame in that.

I misjudged her courtesy Paddy Big Mouth Pimblett and was rooting for her to lose. However, given how classy she was in accepting defeat and what a great sportswoman she proved to be subsequently, my respect for her has grown immensely. And now I sincerely hope she makes a comeback. Nothing but respect to her. LM

The thing that got me was how paddy and Molly wrote blanchfield off discussing the fight in paddy’s podcast. Sure molly is tough and a brawler but Blanchfield has been doing competitive kickboxing since 12 and to top that she’s a legit BJJ black belt unde Karl pravec one of Renzo’s very first students and she’s won the Eddie bravo invitational so just pure grappling pedigree. there are levels to this game
Fair play for keeping her head up after that almighty beat down. Not in the same league as her opponent unfortunately.
She's through now. Whoever suggested she should be getting a shot at Valentina has egg on their face. Cannot compete with the elite of the division, and far too late to start working towards it at 32.

I feel really sorry for molly. I dont watch mma or follow these fighters, but after seeing behaviour at the faceoff and the fight itself, one can see that conserving strength, having discipline and composure won on the day. These are among the key elements of jujitsu. Ancient martial arts are more than reputation, sport or media fame. This defeat will develop molly into a more skilled and developed fighter. Erin is clearly a student of esoteric skill, wisdom and knowledge. Molly was not defeated by erin, she was defeated by jujitsu.
