Thank you so much Nelson, I really appreciate it. I unfortunately don't know much about cars 😂 I am focused on the real estate and Calgary lifestyle side of things.
I would like, if ever I could afford it, buy a condo in a building that would allow for renting it out. I would furnish it and only do two, four, and six month rental at a time. No year rental.
The good part about that is you'd be able to charge more rent. I just recently helped a couple who has been doing that and they just started doing it with single family homes now!
