- Kensui swissies are a product from kensui fitness, makers if the kensui ez vest as well. This product allows for more grips when it comes to your pull ups and chin ups but can also add grip variations to bars, machines and bands. Will the Swissies 45's work/fit on a Power Tower if you want to hook them right next to the vertical uprights? Or would the handle grips jam up against them?
Also what is the length of each part (including all nooks & crannies) of the 45's please?

That's true. Many will find neutral grip easier than the double overhand
is it worth it to get the angel modifiers?? they're 27 bucks Canadian
Do you prefer the angle modifiers which allows the Swissies to go 1) neutral 0 degree, 2) 15 degrees and 3) 30 degrees or just the 45 degrees Swissies? Will you try the modifiers if you haven’t already?

Minimalist. I'm pretty much do a full body session consisting of a push Pull and legs. Started doing 2 leg exercises to balance out upper and lower bit yea 3-4 exercises for a full body workout

I'm doing day on day off so 3-4 days atm. What are your workouts looking like? What exercises, reps and sets are you doing ?
Day A, dips +8 kg west 8-10 reps chin up 5-8 reps
step ups with west for maximum
3-5 sets .All dipending how much i have time. B day Pull ups- 5-8 reps Push ups un rings 8-10 reps
Kb one arm swing 24 Kg for max and day C ring rows for max reps Kb mpress 20kg 8-12 reps bulgarian split sq with kb 24 kg 5-8 reps per leg and on rest days trying runing 10-15 min if i have time or doing at home 6.coung burpes and air sqauts 10 berpies 10 sq 10 jumping jack combo for 10 .min ,
But that A-B-C split some times i can done in one weak ,some times when short on time in 2.weeks-What yours exercises and reps range you are yousing?what about conditioning?
