Fw190 as a pure flying machine and not a weapon because I'm a low hour private pilot and I think I'd be able to keep on top of the Fw especially on landing.
Love the Spitfire, but the FW190 is in a league of its own. Big shout to the pilots and groundcrews who are there to allow us to see and hear these magnificent machines again. Cheers.
Great plane, my favorite Axis plane & of course, my favorite Allied plane is the P-47. Macho sound compared with V-12s.I see they wrecked the Good Will decal on the fin. :(

This Fw190 was formerly owned by Christophe Jacquard and was on the French register as F-AZZJ. It ditched in the bay of Hyeres, France, on June 12, 2010, during an event to commemorate the centenary of Aéronautique Navale. Pilot Marc Mathis, who escaped unhurt, had encountered an engine problem. After being recovered from the water, the aircraft was sold to the German Hangar10 organisation, based at Zirchow, and was slowly brought back to ‘life’ within Meier Motors’ busy workshop.in 2019 it did its maiden at Hangar10s fly in its new registration d-Fwaa
