I'm Cali and I recently purchased the 556 (AR-15) version. I replaced the finned pistol grip and had to go with a fixed magazine. This keeps it California compliant.
Eesh 😬 I am against fixed magazines because it makes firearms inefficient and dangerous for the user in a self defense (life or death) situation. AKA ”RELOADING & AMMO CAPACITY” The fin grip also makes it more difficult to handle the rifle safely and be accurate but a rifle sling and grip attachments can help with that. When the stupid fin grip or CA compliant BS ever gets removed, then it is very easy and cheaper to replace the grip than the whole lower receiver.
I have some tricks for you i have the same gun lemme know and ill tell you how to use front grip and adjustable stock ….. and do whatever you want its called hellfighter pin !!!! Awesome!!!!
Did you figure out the circle piece? It goes where the stock is. If you unscrew where the stock locks to the buffer tube you can pull it off and see where the circle piece plugs into the stock.
I am still waiting for it. Had to wait 30 days because I just got a pistol and then 10 days for it. Basically 40 days before I get it and now I will have I pay the new extra 11% tax on top of sales tax in California. We are getting ripped off in the state. I see people commenting they see them for 1k but I never see them that low. I am paying what he said in the video once it’s all set and done. If you are going to buy one in California expect to pay what he says in the video.

I own the 5.56 saint victor. Have it for about a week and haven't had a chance to take it out yet. Hopefully this weekend. Also on ammo are you in socal cali? If so i know a good spot for very good prices on ammo. Last thing to mention next yr july 2024 they will be adding 11% tax on guns and ammo. Also look into the magazine news we may be getting back our standard magazines back on October 2nd next week a big maybe though.

Everyone, if you get this rifle, tighten the screws on those fold down sights. Mine were loose and made zeroing lots of fun.
