  • My chiropractor said I have a bulging disc which is why my back has been slow to heal. He has been treating it for a week now and things are getting better. Since I've had to slow down on lower body work I have doubled up on upper body. I still have to be careful with exercise selection and proper form. I've been resting over the weekends for a while now so the timing is great. Early next week I'll be working on a movie Monday-Wednesday. Hopefully I'll be able to sneak in an early morning workout before call time, but one never knows until the night before. Have a great weekend y'all. Please keep me in your prayers.
