I am the new kid on the block and just wanted to say thank you for explain how the system works...Know I know what to do and how it works! Thank you sir!
So even if I’m pulling from a water Spicket, can I cut my bypass hose and have it releasing water into a tank or some thing so my pump stays cool. Would that work fine? I have a 4gpm
I currently have the same situation with the bypass it creates bubbles, Im just gonna go ahead and run it to the tank.. Very helpful video, Thank you...
Nice video question did you buy a valve for your pressure washer i have a DeWalt 3800psi it dies when i release the trigger sometimes its similar too yours ? Can you help me please i live in az and suggestions
Is the black hose that loops around 1/4”? Or 3/8”? I bought a plug to plug up the bottom one but trying to figure out how to plumb it to my buffer tank
I dont subscribe to many channels... But im definitely subscribing to your channel and leaving a like... Just because how well you described the way a bypass works, thanks so much man i really do appreciate it, i do have two questions to ask if you dont mind... 1st, if i run my bypass like you have, will that keep the pump safer when im not pulling the trigger? And 2nd, im getting the pressure pro EB4040HC which is a v-belt drive, 4000psi @ 4 gpm and if i have a buffer tank, will it pull the water with out a booster pump, or do i need a booster pump? I really appreciate the help, and thanks in advance.
You know, after looking it looks like the pressure washer im getting, the EB4040HC... looks just like the one you have, im not sure if it is or not lol..
What if its built in an the pump only has a heat release valve that releases water when it gets to a certain temp can I replace that with a outlet running back into my purge tank?
I know you made this video a couple of years ago but maybe you will still respond to a comment. LOL what size is the hose and screw piece that goes into the unloader which goes back into your tank the bottom one is half-inch how big is the top one?

Thanks a lot man I looked at so many videos and you are the only one that really shows how to do that.

Excellent job describing this setup man! Thumbs Up!!!
Thanks!
I watched ten videos and yours was the best and simplest to understand.
Thanks for the post
how to use hot water as o-ring broken ? which pump do have for dirty oil cleaning?
Could I run hot water on my pump? 🤔 would the seals get damaged?
Hi mister is a 1/2 Or 1/4?
Thank good video
would this work on a direct drive. the main purpose is so it won’t over heat the pump when i’m off the trigger
Makes perfect sense, I need to put one of those in mine, I hate shutting it off everytime so it won't ruin the pump
Where you get that bypass hose?
Can u leave the bypass open to the ground
Very helpful! Appreciate it Chief!
How did you take off the hose from the bottom barb
I currently have the same situation with the bypass it creates bubbles, Im just gonna go ahead and run it to the tank.. Very helpful video, Thank you...

which model hose reels do you use top and bottom? excellent explanation by the way
what size hose is that? thanks
So if I didnt have a tank I could just let the open end of the bypass hose just dump water on the ground instead of a buffer tank right?
I was about to ask the same thing awesome
Hi could you please tell me the size of your pulleys on your pump drive .?
The black unloader valve has an twist adjustment, what do I set that too?
You should have it all away down
Do you feed the hose all the way down the tank or half ways? On the by pass set up..
Just sprays in no hose on the other side. I like to see the water spraying. Let me know it’s working right lol
So you could run a bypass to the tank even while using a garden hose for your incoming water right?
You could
@@jake08casey another guy said you can just run it on the ground also.
If you don't have a buffer tank just do the same and let the water run om the ground.
Lol you could, just be wasting water
Does the bypass help the pressure washer have enough incoming PSI? I am having issues with my pressure washer not getting enough water.
It dose not
This video answer all my questions thanks!!!!
Can you do this to a 4gpm
How do you like the coxreels?
Nice reels
On the unloaded output what is the yellow plastic where the black hose touches? Im going to buy a new power washer and it has that plastic.
What if its built in an the pump only has a heat release valve that releases water when it gets to a certain temp can I replace that with a outlet running back into my purge tank?
I’ve never dealt with one like that but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work
thank you for making this video. Easy to see and understand
What kind of whip line are you using for your bypass line?
That's what I'd like to know too
Ag hose. I thinks it’s 1/2 inch
Thanks for posting this I extremely appreciate it. Where did you buy the barb and the plug to make the bypass
i think i got the plug from lowes and the barb off amazon
How can I do this on a Honda gvc 160 pressure washer?
Just learned something new. Thank You🙏🏾
Very nice set up. Thank you sir👍
That's a 1/4 inch pipe plug in your inlet not a 1/2 inch
Actually it’s 3/8 npt thanks for the correction
Where did you get your 1/2in plug for the unloaded valve from? Thanks in advance
Kevin Stokes it doesn't have to be high pressure

I know you made this video a couple of years ago but maybe you will still respond to a comment. LOL what size is the hose and screw piece that goes into the unloader which goes back into your tank the bottom one is half-inch how big is the top one?
3/8 hose and I think the fitting is 3/4 to 3/8 barb
thank you brother
So that's a discharge hose I thought you have to use a second unloader to do that
Michael Schriner nope
Thank you
Thank you
